I’ve been coming to Ibraces in Boerne for the last 2 years and they are amazing!! I just got my braces off today, and the results are phenomenal! Dr. Gracie and her team have the best hospitality and show great care and attention to your needs. They’ve made my braces journey seem like a breeze for how complicated a case it was! Thanks to them, I’m 10x more confident in my smile! Highly recommend coming here!!

Yesterday was one of the best days of my life and I believe it was for my daughter as well. Jess finally got the smile she has wanted all her life. If you know her you know she was one to never smile (showing her teeth) because she was embarrassed about her missing teeth.

Let me explain, we found out around Jessicas teenage years that she has hypodontia
(basically its someone who has 1 to 6 missing adult teeth) guess what she has 9!!

My daughter has been teased about her condition all her life. We started out getting her braces when she was about 12 from a local orthodontist. He did the best he could and she went through treatment,had her braces removed and wore a permanent retainer for years., but her smile wasn't no where near where it needed to be, or where she needed it to be.

About 3 years ago we started going to a new dentist ( Leon Springs Mondern Dentisty)
That's when we met Dr Morchat and everything changed for Jess. She told us there were options for my daughter and she referred Jess to Dr Gracie at Ibraces who deals with special cases such as my daughter's. The first visit we had with Dr Gracie gave us hope!!

Dr. Gracie and Dr. Merchant came up with a game plan and so the process began. Jess has gone back and forth between the 2 Dr's and also a periodontist for well over 2 years now but yesterday was the day!! The technicion spent time creating her retainer, he was meticulous and it paid off!!!

I know my daughter is beautiful but to see her look at herself in the mirror yesterday after having her braces taken off for the second time, I watched my daughter go from insecure to full of confidence in seconds, it's when I realized that she sees the beauty in herself! Jess started to cry with happiness which made me cry!! She was absolutely glowing!!

Dr. Gracie is going to do a special interview with Jess once her gums heal to showcase what can be done for those who have more of an extreme case,such as Jessica's.

I highly recommend Ibraces, as the whole team there has been amazing throughout this long process. Dr. Morchat was amazing in creating some teeth with composite over some of her baby teeth. We still have more to go but my girl hasn't stopped smiling since and that's all I ever wanted!! ❤

My daughter Charis just had her braces removed by Dr. Sturdivant. She is wonderful. The staff are absolutely amazing here at ibraces. If you are looking for exceptional orthodontic care, look no further ibraces is your place!!! I highly recommend. 5 stars all the way!!!

We absolutely LOVE ibraces and Dr. Gracie. The whole office is attentive, thorough and so sweet. I’ve been bringing my daughters for over a year now. One has had braces and other extensive work and has now regained her confidence with her smile. We cannot thank ibraces enough. I love I braces I have been going to ibraces since 2021 and they staff I so warm they make you feel like home . My kids are always happy and feel welcomed including me. Love Miss Gracie and the entire staff .

This places is amazing. My son had work done on him here. Dr. Garcia and staff are so awesome. There knowledge and care for him is amazing. My son's dentist referred us to Ibraces. I was so glad because it is just 10 mins away from home. The orthodontist staff Aleks (if I remember right) was nice and was very thorough in explaining the treatment plan and what to expect on this first phase of my child's orthodontic journey. However, we had a bad experience with the front desk. When I first made an initial consultation appointment, I had already provided them with my insurance details and I thought everything would go smoothly. I expected an estimated worksheet during that initial appointment but the front desk said that they cannot find my insurance and cannot confirm my child's coverage. I've never had this problem before with my insurance but that's okay at least we had an idea already on the initial cost and treatment plan. After coming home from vacation, I called to make an appointment to start with the plan. Again I told her, i needed an estimate with my insurance applied. I texted her a copy of my member ID card as she requested and she said she'll take care of it. Fast forward to my appointment, nothing was done. I called my insurance and confirmed my coverage. I gave them the number to call and my member ID number and that my coverage is through Delta dental's federal employees program. Coming to our 2nd appointment, she said nope! Haven't confirmed your insurance because she's busy. I offered to call my insurance myself while we were in the office and she said she got it! After that appointment, she said she finally spoke to someone and confirmed my coverage but did not know my lifetime max coverage and had to ask me. I was thinking if you called my insurance and spoke to somebody, why are you asking me this? Did not say that to her, I kept my cool and told her my son's max coverage. Now we were scheduled to come for the 3rd appointment Thursday. I received a text message reminder that my son's appointment is Friday. I am a working mom and my son is going to school. I don't appreciate having my appointment moved without informing me. I called the clinic and they said yes they have moved the appointment. I go, why did nobody inform me? She put me on hold and then was passed to the other lady at the front desk. She said they have sent a text. She was referring to the text reminder saying "Hey you have an appointment Friday at 1030!" That is NOT informing a patient why you have to move the appointment. They clearly have no respect for the patient's time. Her tone was also defensive and rude. I asked about the insurance issue and she said that they are still trying to call and having a hard time getting a hold of Delta dental AGAIN. I've had enough, I was so disappointed. This is not the first time they have messed with my child's appointment. She explained she had to move the appointment because putting the spacer Thursday at 3:30pm will be too long until the next appointment and will make it uncomfortable for kids. So she had to move the appointment Friday at 10:30 am. 19 hrs difference only. I don't understand. My son is done with the spacers and impressions, so this visit is supposedly for the orthodontic bands to be applied. Still, I was thinking about bringing my son Friday at 10:30 but again got a text saying my appointment is Friday at 1145am. After I already emailed my son's teacher that I will be picking him up at 10 for the 1030 appointment. I felt so defeated at this point and decided to cancel the whole treatment. She said, they cannot issue a refund of my $500 initial payment even though only spacers and impressions were done. But I don't care anymore, they can have it.

They charged us $230 for no service at all, and didn’t want to give it back. We already stopped going to this place prior to this unauthorized transaction. They gave my son conflicting schedules that they don't want to fix - after confirming chosen date and time. Also, the staff is having trouble processing paperworks. Be cautious before signing agreement with them.
