American Eagle, Aerie, & OFFLINE Store

Manager Naxiheli Rodriquez is a shopping 🛍 experience in heself. I already love the Galleria American Eagle and have been shopping here for myself and my 14 yr old daughter for yrs but she blew us away with how badass and accommodating she is.
She helped us both find lots of shorts. Suggested ideas when we described what we were looking for. Ran back and forth getting us sizes as different styles fit differently.
Just a great personality in general. So took time out to leave a good review and show Mrs. Rodriquez sum luv

Torey was the best this time stopped in for Jeans for my daughter and myself. Again the best service and the best help. Found us some select styles and sizes that weren’t in store got them ordered online and boom good to go. Two Outerbanks cast members were there day before I went MAN that would’ve been cool! Anyway they deserve the good reviews

My friend and I stopped yesterday and each one of us bought a pair of jeans. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, I’ll definitely come back to this American eagle and recommend it to friends and family. So if you’re looking for a good pair of jeans, this is your place to go. Costumer service was A+, a big thank you to the the nice ladies that work there 🙃

Bella was very helpful in styling my daughter and I. She knew exactly what styles and outfits would look good on us. She was courteous and professional. She provided us with a one of a kind shopping experience. This girl was on top of every detail and made sure our shopping experience was great! Bella is wonderful !

Shaun and Alejandra at Galleria store were so helpful, best customer service in a retail store we have had in years. And they have such great ranges and style in jeans for hard to fit tween and teens. Thank you Shaun and Alejandra for all of your help.

Awesome location, impeccable sales staff. Traveling through and visiting family here. I needed a nice warm hoodie, and the manager Abigaile was especially helpful. She is a great example of customer service. Coming back in a few months to visit for Christmas, I'll make sure to stop in!

The other day I was helped by this young gentleman who helped me find what I needed to wear for a special occasion. I believe his name was David from what I can recall, very fine and helpful guy. DO SEE ALICIA FOR A BRA FITTING! I've never done this, she was so quick about it (SHE'S MAGIC) & had us out of there with perfect bras faster than us trying on for ourselves! I've been wearing the wrong size for years & would've never guessed!

Aerie is my favorite place to buy underwear and bras. So comfortable, soft, cute, and affordable. Plus they lay off the photoshop in their ads and displays, which I super appreciate. Staff is so nice and helpful.

Lots of items on sale. Most everything on sale. Good service within the store. The store was clean crisp and clutter free which made it easy to shop. This was a large store with most of AE's line up. The clothes tend to be the same here.

Kenyan(i don't think I spelled the name right) the girl with the blonde hair in the Arie Side was AMAZING! So kind, sweet, and nice! ☺☺ we appreciate that kind of service!
