Clean store great customer service. Needed an extra suitcase for our return flight. Found a very reasonably priced suitcase. They also had Toys r Us inside the store.

My mom loves coming here. She always comes because Aliya gives her great service.

She loves their Estēe Lauder products.

Aliya can also help you at Dior. She's amazing.

I was shopping with Melody and Heidi at the jewelry department, not ladies went over and beyond to help with select jewelry for my granddaughter. I suffer from lupus and became faint from pain, they immediately helped me, they gave me something to drink and sit to relieve my pain. Macy’s is extremely blessed to have them as part of their organization. I am blessed to have worked with them for myself and my family. Thank you Melody and Heidi.

Macy's is, in my opinion, the absolute best department store that there is. The quality of their merchandise is about as good as it gets. If you need to return anything, it is a painless transaction. I recommend Macy's to everyone who wants quality.

GO SEE PAUL IN MEN'S SUITS AND SEPARATES! Let's face it guys, most of us need help when it comes to dressing up, and Paul in Men's Suits and Separates is both expert and kind. I went in wearing my old suit to show him what I had. He helped me evaluate what was still working, what wasn't and put together an entire look for my special event.
Thanks to Paul I am well dressed in well-fitting, nice brands, on trend and age appropriate, and within budget!

These memorial weekend there's lot's of deals on all of the store, from furniture to toys, the furniture has a 10% off and others even have a sale price plus the % off toys have 15% off the clothes are also on sale there's lot's of great deals on clothes lot's of clearance items too, kitchen stuff are also on sale everything some have a better deals than others so you'll buy What you can afford. These Macy's like most of then its pretty big it's a three floor store so yes it's pretty big and yes is inside the gallery's so you can look at every corner of the store then go eat something at one of many restaurants in these place, you'll also find great deals on make up, perfumes and many more I do recommend these store because most of the or actually all year around there's lot's of good deals plus you can earn points if you have any of the Macy's card.

Online ordering was easy. Parking spaces for pickup are easily accessible and super convenient. Curbside pickup connection didn't work in garage but pickup counter was just inside door located right next to curbside parking. The two ladies at the customer service counter were super friendly and efficient. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Product purchased was just as described and a great buy.

I went in for one thing came out with like 6 I love it 😀 meal preparation on the way... with this dish you can heat it up to 450 degrees in the oven without the lid but yass

Love, love, love, all the sales. The amount of different perfumes that are sold here is the best. Especially the fact that the area they sell the perfume and cologne isn't so smogged by all the different fragrances that you can still smell different choices.

Best part of my first day in Dallas? Hair tutorial with Tamalisa - she is such a warm and vivacious person! And, she knows her stuff! Would recommend her for your hair and makeup needs. While I was there, she helped multiple people find just what they were looking for 👍

Probably the classiest restroom I've ever been in. I almost didn't want to leave because it was so clean! Plus the lighting is amazing for selfies.
