Oaks 5th Street Crossing at City Station

I have been living in the apartments for about 6 months. I am very happy and pleased! It has been a very quiet a clean place. The staff at the office are very nice and kind. They always make me feel welcomed and they always happy to help me as well as the maintenance staff. They do a great job when I needed their services. THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO! I will greatly recommended this place! :)

I can just say Thank you Ms Joslyn Smith!! she has been very helpful assisting me with finding a new place to call home. She accommodated me in every way she could. Her professionalism is top tier I wish every property manager could be more like Ms Smith. I love the property keep up the great work!!!

Since the whole 3 hrs parking signs cause everyone to basically . With the little notice everyone was giving . Manager Smith was about to run and take time to speak to residents and what she would do to fix the situation. As ex retired military I was impressed.

Alfredo is very professional, prompt and provided excellent service on a maintenance issue I had. Very grateful for his kindness!

Just wanted to say we had an amazing time on a tour with Emerald and she was so helpful and ready to get us going on the application! Hopefully moving in soon!

Staff is always friendly and helpful answering questions concerning the property. They are quick and efficient in keeping the apartments inside and out a clean and comfortable place to live. Very convenient location. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

Isabelle is probably one of the best I have ever met. I appreciate her customer service and overall genuine good spirit. When I walked in everyone greeted me and made me feel at home. Overall so far this has been an awesome experience!!!

Great staff, maintenance team very responsive, overall great experience highly recommend.

***Update: I renewed my lease here and I love my new unit! They made it very easy for me to move units. Brian in the leasing office takes care of me as well as Chelsea. They are great and always keep me updated on anything I need to know. I love these apartments! The interior is beautiful, all of the amenities here at both buildings, the area it self is AMAZING! I definitely plan on staying here for a while. My neighbors are great. Utilities are through the city and I've never had to pay a lot of money for electric, water, or sewer (even in the summer). I definitely recommend this property! :)

Just moved in and I like the apartment so far . Daisy in the front office was great to work with! She is very attentive and helpful. The pool is beautiful, great fitness center. I do have an issue with my specific apartment, in which I will be talking with management today in an effort to get it resolved, and then I will come back and change my review.

Overall a good place to live. Sometimes the smell of marijuana gets a little intense out on the street, and parking is a little bit of a problem when there are celebrations downtown, but nothing that is that big a deal.

Best apt I've ever lived in, hands down. This is the best deal you'll find in the Dallas area (trust me I've looked, multiple times). The apts are new and clean and aren't over-priced. Very energy efficient (the lowest utility bills ever!) Great amenities. Safe. Cool little downtown spot by some restaurants & shops. Also the staff is awesome, they've always been helpful and courteous to me, and from what I've seen they treat everyone in the same manner. I was there for 2 years and would've stayed longer, but my wife and I needed to be closer to work & school. I can't say enough good things about this place, I loved living there!

Lived here for about 3 years ending in oct 2015, this place was amazing perfect etc, as for price, i lived here with my mom as a teenager

SUPER spacious. lots of room and closets
clean clean clean!
never saw a bug ever, felt like i lived in a hotel from day 1!!
had a couple issues with management about our lease, we moved between units a couple times, nothing big
maintenance is super friendly and very quick and efficient
quiet neighborhood, good location
some neighbors wouldn't dispose of trash properly and just leave them in the trash rooms or let the chutes fill up and be lazy and not take them downstairs but what can you do
nice parking garage and minimal problems with key fobs and gates, mostly just distance and fob range probably, if they were disconnected you could give a call to management and they would set it up
clean nice beautiful pool and garden courtyard area

your complaints are probably minimal because this place is awesome!
if you can afford definitely get! you can pay this or $500 for no parking bad neighborhood dirty neighbors and roaches!!!

Lived here for a little over a year and a half and have got nothing but good things to say about the place. I had a studio on the third floor, which was basically a small one bedroom apartment; & loved it. Parking garage was very convenient, safe neighborhood, maintenance was awesome & downtown garland square was a minute was away. Donnell in the front office was great in helping me out with everything; from first getting the apartment, to the time I had to move out.

If I ever have to look for another apartment in Garland, I will definitely look to go back to City Station.

Despite having to deal with our downstairs neighbor I enjoyed my stay at these apartments. My now husband and I loved it and if ever needed to move from our house we would def go back. Chelsey was so helpful many times! Brian whom is no longer there was so helpful too!

I was having an issue with my AC not cooling down my apartment properly; Alfredo was able to come in and detect the problem and fix it.

I love living at Oak 5th Street Crossing, there are several restaurants and stores that you can walk to, all the staff are very helpful and friendly. I would refer my family and friends.
