Jake VanHorn ( coincidentally Jake from state farm ) was a delight to work with. I have had some bad experiences with other companies, however he was extremely diligent and friendly. He got me the perfect policy within an hour. And saved me $200!!! Don’t walk, run and ask for Jake! He is an expert !!

I had to make changes to my auto policy and it was taking a while for it to happen. Lisa kept track of the changes and kept me updated until they were completed. She emailed me many time to assure me of my worries. She went above and beyond to help me

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I recently moved to Dallas. When I purchased a renters policy on line to cover my new apartment, I didn’t do as much homework as I should have! (It’s been a long time since I was in an apartment or had renters coverage). I had a few questions, so when I called the agents office I had been assigned, the phone number provided in the app was answered promptly by a professional man named Kevin. (Super pleasant surprise in the world of frustrating digitally controlled programs that need more info in order to route you to the specialist who can assist!). Kevin was incredibly patient, super knowledgeable about all of my tiny concerns, he was upbeat, kind and adjusted my policy to better suit my needs immediately! I have never had better service with any insurance agent prior to this. I have not interacted with Linda (the listed agent) yet, but if she is the half as helpful as her team has been, then they have gotten a customer for life! Thanks so much! Highly recommend!!

Really happy with my switch to State Farm and Linda Horton. I was able to Increase my home coverage and stayed at the same price when bundling with my auto. The auto insurance rate is significantly better. I had been with another company for 11+ years, who raised my rates when I added teenage drivers (to be expected) but despite no accidents, one of my kids moving out, the rates never adjusted down. After quoting with multiple other companies I definitely feel this is the best deal overall with a company I can trust. And I get to work with "Jake" from State Farm, seriously one of her reps name is Jake! :)

I got State Farm like a month ago I thought the process of getting new car insurance was going to be grueling and stressful. I want to give Jake Van Horton 100 stars he was very helpful, listen to what I had to say, he communicated constantly and he was very informative. I've been with State Farm for years but, just moved to Texas. Linda Horton and her team (especially Jake Van Horn) have been so wonderful. They have gone above and beyond to help me out, and answer any questions I've had. Even questions not involving insurance, but just navigating around Texas. Linda was able to directly assist me on the phone with a renters insurance policy. Even with it being such a small policy in terms of the revenue they bring in/services offered, she took time to go over the policy in great detail with me, answering all of my questions. As I am new to the Dallas area, she offered me tips on obtaining residency and explained the loyalty benefits of being a State Farm customer in a helpful way. She went out of her way to provide me with useful information and gave me the best customer service I’ve had in a while. She was very professional and made me feel like my business was valued.
