I want to specifically commend Aaron, one of the store managers at Home Depot-Kerrville. Aaron went above and beyond to assist myself and my 89 year old mother. He assisted us with a reimbursement issue for a defective door replacement and a delivery fee. Aaron is the best. He personally escorted myself and my elderly mother to various registers on one of the busiest days of the year (Black Friday) until our issue was successfully resolved. Thank you Aaron.

Best Home Depot in town.
This particular Home Depot is located close to Interstate 10 on Sydney Baker Street. There is a big parking lot and like most Home Depot has great prices and better prices then most and a great selection of tools, materials,lumber, landscaping decor, and plants.

The associate Esther at the Kerrville Tx. Home Depot was very knowledgeable, polite, and kind in helping me with all of my shopping needs. She truly is a credit to your company and I appreciate you both.

Purchased a Rheem hot water heater. The lady who helped us was super helpful and really kinda awesome. Answered our questions, gave helpful advice, and helped us make an informed decision.

Ester helped us rent a truck and she was super helpful!!! Really went out of her way to make sure we were good to go! Definitely recommend Fred Home Depot!

I ordered several items online using the Home Depot app. I was notified when my order was ready. I got to the store and used the app to notify the staff that I arrived. They brought my order out to my truck and loaded it for me. This service works very well if you know exactly what you need. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Staff is super helpful and friendly. Store is always clean and east to get to.

Went to buy 15 cement 80lbs bags in Kerrville. Ward, who greeted us as we entered. He immediately helped us with our order. Ward not only got us our cement, he loaded all 15 bags that weighed 80lbs a bag into the bed of my truck. So wonderful to find such great help. Really didn’t realize how heavy they were until I got home and moved them out. Thank you Ward 👍

Needed help finding a couple items, asked HD employee and he walked me right to my item. I like that service thanks.

Ester Ayala at the kerrville store went above and beyond for me. She was so polite, willing and efficient. She deserves all great things! I had an order that was paint that had not been done and she jumped right on it and got it done! Thank you Ester!

Had what we needed. Not busy. Friendly, helpful employees

I got in 20 minutes before closing. Even though everyone was very busy making the place look good before they closed, all the employees helped me complete my list of items. By the time I got up to the register it was closing time.
The cashier was quick, courteous and didn’t rush me. Even though they were closed they still were able to take the time to load my truck for me.
I was very impressed!!

Always love going yo HD - but my wallet doesn't. Lol. It's usually the 2nd or 3rd trip in a day that gets me though.... if you need it, they probably got it, and if they don't, there always Big Blue down the road.

So from my experience the customer at this home depot location is great. Having moved from California to this marvelous state of Texas customer service here surpasses California by far. We love Texas!
