I bought a pair of boots in Fredericksburg few years before I brought them to Montana. I couldn't remember the name or the style. I gave the saleswoman a brief description and she pulled three pairs of boots off the shelf each pair I would have bought. She knew exactly what I was describing and even opened up a brand new pair of socks for me to try them on. She she suggested a boot cream that's brought the colors out even better and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I love it when a store has employees that are knowledgeable of their products I can accurately help in the suggestion of purchasing something similar or with the specifications that a customer needs. Thank you so much for helping me select my new pair of Ariat work boots. They fit perfectly and are exactly what I wanted!

All jokes aside this store has anything you need from socks to Texas bowties. I went in for my very first cowboy hat and left with a brush, a feather, a Bowtie and my hat for exactly 190.48 thats that I got a cheaper hat and only the 10$ feather! I will definitely be back next year for the top shelf hat and custom fitting for sure. The experience of this store its self is an event! As soon as we walked in I was greeted by 3 people in the front and Justin walked up to me and asked if I needed any help. I told him the special occasion and he walked me over to the hats and gave me some information about each one as well as helped me pick one that looked just right, he was very patient and took the time to try out several hats with me. He even went as far as to say the black is for the bad guys! I went with the black of course ;) . James was also very helpful with checkout and made it painless when my card wasnt working. I would definitely recommend this place for anything western! A++

I recently moved from Texas to NW Minnesota. I ordered online, a pair of Corral boots. They arrived within one week and in perfect, all original manufacturers packaging! I am so pleased and love ❤ my new red boots! I will definitely order again from Billy's!

My wife has been here before but this time I needed a pair of work boots. Not only did they have a good selection, the prices were like what you would find at cavenders. Plus, my wife found two pairs of boots on clearance! The sales associates are on point and super helpful as well. We will be coming back.

So I was in town recently and forgot my boots. I'm a pretty simple person and usually wear Justin's. The works here are freaking awesome. I'm usually just about the big stores like Academy to get my stuff to get in and out. She recommended the Twisted Xs and I won't go back to Justin's. She let me shop and was ready to help if I needed it. I'm in town about every 2 months. When it comes time for new boots, I'll wait until I come back just to buy from here.

Fantastic service and knowledge in formal wear! We were very, VERY excited to learn we weren't too late to rent a tuxedo for a prom in less than a weeks time! Wonderful staff and expert advice while picking out complementary colors, shoes, and accessories for this event! Thank y'all, it really means A LOT!

Looking for a pair of jeans so I stopped by Billy's. Lucky for me I drew a great sales associate Kim and she took a great deal of time helping me navigate the endless choice of brands, styles and manufacturers. All of the staff were super friendly and knew their merchandise. It was a great experience and while I did not any jeans that day, the staff and selection of goods made a customer of me.

Nice store well stocked, clean, and employees were super nice and helpful. I was able to find several pairs of jeans! My husband found some comfy work boots and my kids found some summer hats.

I will never buy boots anywhere else. A shout out to Skye who was the ultimate boot fitting expert AND knew her inventory. I went to another boot retailer in San Antonio and could not get anyone to wait on me. Great shopping experience in Kerrville!

This place is absolutely amazing. From the minute you walk in you smell the leather and your eyes feast on what looks like thousands of pairs of unique boots. My wife spent hours in the store. There is so many different styles of boots that its near impossible to select just one pair. The staff was extremely patient and helpful. If you want a really nice pair of boots, you have to visit this store. Absolutely amazing. But be prepared to stay a while. There is so much to choose from.

I love shopping here. The staff is kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile for your needs. It is a clean, well-organized atmosphere. I definitely will be returning. You won't be disappointed 👌

Great helpful staff! A huge variety of boots and clothing for men, women, and children. We've bought clothes, boots, hats, and belts from here throughout the years. Never disappoints. If I have one negative comment it's just that it's packed full of stuff, it can be hard to get by another person. They really need a bigger space. But they do a good job with what they have and it's a fun looking building. Check it out!

Oh, and if you find a piece of clothing that you like but it's not in your size, they can find out if one of the other stores has it and bring it to the store for you to pick up there. Good customer service.

Stopped here on our way back to West Texas and wow, they have a ton of selection! The employees were super helpful and very friendly, will definitely stop on our next trip back!

Brought a Tom Mix silver Belly Cowboy hat from Billy’s Western Wear and from start to finish it was a fantastic experience dealing with that company will definitely buy again!! 👍👍👍👍👍

I believe the young man’s name was Gavin? This young man was very helpful so thank you. My fiancé and all haven’t had much luck ordering a dress for the wedding. We did find one but needed another size. After walking around looking at a blazer for me when Gavin informed us they could measure and have one made for me. I asked about dresses and we kind of laughed it off when he asked what dress it was. He got on the phone and found her size at another location. Even offered to have it brought to that store but we drove to Bourne location and got her dress : ) I got my belt and buckle also. I’ll be back for that “ Boss of the Plains” real soon…

Always an amazing trip…love the smell of leather when you walk in the store. They always have an amazing selection of boots, shoes, western clothing, candles, ball caps, jewelry!! Love this place!!

The ladies there were awesome! I got my hubby the wrong size boots for Father's Day and they managed to get him in a pair that are awesome! They worked with our crazy schedule and we finally made it in. The boots fit perfect. They will work with you to make sure you get what you need!!
