Best Lowe's in town and the only Lowes for miles around. Conveniently located right off of Interstate 10. Easy in and out. There is plenty of parking. The associates are helpful and knowledgeable. There is a great selection of building materials, plants, and landscaping material and tools.

My husband and I went into Lowe’s in Kerrville to just look at a new washer and dryer. We walked out with a new closet setup, washer/dryer and a refrigerator. The staff was extremely helpful and I want to give a huge shout out to Matt. Was so knowledgeable and made sure we had everything for our upcoming projects. He stay late to ensure the sale went smoothly. Matt and Lowe’s definitely has a long standing customer.

Friendly folks work here. Willing to help, patient and prompt. If you're a veteran you get your discount without signing up on the web, unlike Home Depot that stopped giving vet discounts unless we sign up for them. Lowe's makes is user friendly, convenient and sensible.

We were looking for 8x10 carpets. My wife found one she liked but it wasn't in stock. The clerk in that area offered to look online for the 8x10 carpet and found the one we liked. We paid for it and he ordered it to be delivered to our home. Perfect! Thanks Lowe's

Picked up 4 gallons of paint and primer. The employee at the paint center was very helpful and helped us color match our previous paint sample. Had some helpful suggestions about the type and grade of paint to use on the exterior of our house.

Best Lowes ever. Everyone was helpful and courteous but the lady in appliances is superb. She knows her products and goes beyond to assist and provide the necessary information. Carlos in lumber does everything to assist customers. He really goes above and beyond. This Lowes is great because they have assembled a great team.

Thanks so much (especially to Kyle) from us Marshall's getting the 12 foot scarecrow and other decorations home to the our little village in England! We are the talk of the town because its definitely the biggest thing people have seen and live him too! After sawing, and folding, squeezing and packing him into 4 suitcases, he is now up and brilliant!

My husband and I Met this amazing woman Named Bambi this past weekend. She’s was absolutely amazing! Beyond helpful, respectful, and all around the kinda of person you’d enjoy checking out with! She was fabulous!!! We ended up purchasing a security camera for our home. I truly enjoy conversation and helpful advice/ tips/ suggestions from the employees here! Truly a pleasant one stop shop!

This is a easy to navigate and locate a high variety ,of quality products, with reasonable prices, and great customer service.

This Lowes by far has the best customer service. The store is always clean and not cluttered with junk in the isles like most Lowes, especially the one in Baytown Tx

My husband and I had the pleasure of spending time with Audrey in the cabinets and appliances dept. Wow, talk about fine customer service!! My husband met her a few weeks back and she spent about an hour with him answering all of his questions regarding what we were going to need for a small build we are doing. Today we both spent time with her as she guided us through some additional pricing and again answered lots of questions!! Audrey is knowledgeable and so very helpful. Lowes, this lady is someone special, hope you are well rewarding her for her excellent customer service!! She’s the best!!!

We were at Lowe's to buy plants. We had very good service from the cashier. The day was so hot and I needed a place to sit and this young man got a tote that was under a table for me to sit down.

They had the refrigerator I needed for my RV for $235 and home Depot wanted $350

Outstanding service! I've been to lots of home improvement stores, including multiple Lowe's stores. But every single time I have dealt with an employee at this Kerrville Lowe's store, I have been very impressed. When there was a glitch with an online order, an employee immediately jumped to correcting it. When I have placed orders for curbside pickup, they have been prompt and friendly when bringing them out. The service I have experienced is far beyond what is typical for a big box store. Kudos to them.

Had everything we needed in stock. Unlike most other large Home Improvement stores at this one I can always find a friendly helpful staff member to help me!

I went there today to purchase items for my place of employment. I purchased appliances from Anthony. He was by far the best person I have come into contact with at this location (I go often). We had to go to Home Depot to price match and did not even talk to a representative because, well Home Depot is way behind Lowe's. Anthony was very attentive and kind. I came back at the end of the day to pick up my purchased items and Anthony was still there and helped me load them. Please give this man a raise, he knows his area and product. Thank you for all of your help and we really appreciate the amazing service at this location!!!
