Karen and her husband were so kind and helpful from the very start! Our truck had a flat tire as soon as we arrived and he helped us out and drove my husband to the store to get it fixed. On top of the great start, Karen created absolutely breath taking arrangements for our wedding! It was more than what we had imagined and we are beyond happy we chose the Rose Shop! What an incredible experience all around! I would 1000% recommend!!

I ordered the "Parlour Bouquet" in the "Better" size. The website was easy to navigate. The flowers were delivered promptly and were absolutely beautiful.
Ordering site unseen from another state is always a risk. But, " The Rose Shop" did an excellent job. I will order from them again!!

Actually six stars! Karen created the floral arrangements for my wedding and my sister's wedding. She has an eye for design and brought both of our visions to life on our wedding day. I had a eucalyptus and floral headpiece for my wedding that was exactly what I hoped for as a bride. Everything was very fresh and looked beautiful through the whole evening. It was especially kind of Karen to work with my sister during when she had to reorganize her whole reception for social distancing several times.

Karen over at The Rose Shop is amazing!!! She made the most amazing HUGE flower arrangement for my mom's celebration of life event this weekend!!! She also brought me several plants that were ordered/delivered to my home from friends. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and she made our vision into a reality!!! Thank you so much Karen!!!!

I lost my wife of 51 years in April. In November I put together a celebration of life. A friend suggested the Rose Shop for flowers. They were extraordinary to work with at every level. They listened and picked my brain so the flowers were Betsy. The price was reasonable. The delivery was timely and perfect to the site. I plan to use them for all my flower needs in the future.

This is the best experience I've ever had with a florist! My brother passed away last week and somehow among all the travel plans and phone calls and grief, I forgot to order flowers until the day before his service. The Rose Shop was recommended and I found a picture on their website that was not one of the "regular order" arrangements. It was huge and unusual. I asked if it was possible to have it made. They checked on it and called me back quickly and said they thought it was possible but it might not be exact. When I walked in the funeral home I was stunned - it looked like it was exactly the same arrangement and it was outstandingly beautiful! They obviously went above and beyond the call of duty. I wish I lived in Kerrville so I could use The Rose Shop for all my floral needs (and Kerrville is a wonderful place!)

The flowers for my Mother’s funeral were absolutely beautiful! It was a holiday weekend and no more trucks were running so Karen worked with what she had and it was just wonderfully perfect! Thank you!

I had been looking everywhere for flowers for my wedding and exhausted all options whether it was price, unresponsiveness, or short notice. I called Karen at the flower shop and she said she’d be able to do what I wanted within my price range. I called her only a few weeks before my wedding and did not see my flowers until they were delivered to the venue on my wedding day. I was blown away at the attention to every detail we had discuss and then some! I had multiple people at my wedding say they were the most beautiful flowers they’d ever seen, and I couldn’t agree more. I will now be using the Rose Shop for all my floral needs, as they exceeded my expectations on every level!!
