I am throughly impressed with the outstanding customer service provided by this agency. Phillip and Baylee are friendly and responsive and highly knowledgeable of the products they can offer. From a complete analysis of my previous policy we were able to identify some shortfalls and Phillip and Baylee were able to offer the correct coverages on my home that was lacking and stayed very competitive in rates. I highly recommend the Phillip Finder agency you are not just a policy to them, you are a person and treated with respect. They take the time to periodically review policies and make suggestions to coverages to ensure that the coverages desired to protect your investments are there.

If I had to rate the Farmer's office run by Phillip Finder, I would say 10. I give them a10 for knowledge of insurance and willingness to find the answer if unsure. Friendly customer service and timely call backs make me stay there and refer them to everyone I know.
