Best Western Plus Mansfield Inn & Suites

Needed a room quick due to power going out at my home. Was able to get a room quickly! Great price and they provided a military discount due to me being a veteran. Will for sure use this location again and refer family and friends.

I’ve stayed a lot of places(usually Hilton and Marriott hotels) this hotel is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Each day our room was clean thoroughly, not just occasionally and it was cleaned completely.
It felt good to come back in the evening to a clean room that was as if we just checked in.
The beds were comfortable and the staff and everyone that worked there were so friendly and welcoming. This is definitely a place that I would recommend!

It was amazing. The staff was super sweet. The breakfast was amazing. The room was so clean and nice. My daughter went to the desk and asked for a blanket and the gentleman had no problem giving her one. The pool and hot tub was clean and nice.

Coming from a Best Western employee that has stayed at Best Western locations across the country, this place is an exceptional stay! Very clean rooms and environment, the staff was very helpful and friendly as well. Breakfast is great too. If you are in the Mansfield area, look no further!

My stay was exactly what you would expect on a business trip. The hotel is located on the service road for easy access to the highway. The parking lot was well lit and I was able to park in my preferred location at the front of the hotel. Lobby is quite clean and modern. There was some confusion as my room was supposed to be prepaid and I had to use my card to pay for the room. My room was clean and comfortable. Ice machine was located across the hall. Sign said ice and vending machines. There were no vending machines because they had a pantry in the lobby. Need to correct the sign. King size bed was comfy although I would prefer full size pillows. Continental breakfast offered a lot of choices including waffles. It was quite good. TV was blaring FOX propaganda with no option to change the channel or turn it off. Eating breakfast to a barrage of political ads was not the way I wanted to start my day. I would stay there again but take my breakfast to my room. All of the employees I encountered were friendly, professional and helpful.

Everything was clean, new, and really nice and modern! The staff was nice too! The breakfast was great with lots to choose from and great seating throughout the lobby. Their snackbar was fully stocked as well. It very much reminded me of a well-run Comfort Suites--only newer. ✨My only complaint is the bedding (covers) were very thin. So you may want to request an extra set of blankets if you tend to get cold at night. Also they charge a temporary $100 deposit hold upon checkin which I didn't realize until we got there, so be prepared as it wasn't anywhere on the website. Would definitely stay here again though! 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was helped every time I needed it. Never had any problems. They could use help when people need assistance to cars and more parking but everything was great. I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was clean. The two guys that checked me in and checked me out yesterday and this morning were great. Breakfast was amazing. Everything was really nice. I will stay there again.

I had a great stay. The rooms were nice and clean. The hotels smelled fresh. The king size bed was very soft and comfortable. The breakfast was nice for a continental breakfast. Hotel was right next-door to Popeyes, Walmart, and a bunch of other restaurants and shopping areas. The hotel is right in front of the highway as well. The only negative thing that I could say would be the noise from the highway but other than that, everything was great!

I don’t do a lot of 5star reviews however having been to Mansfield Best Western 2 times in the last 3 weeks the service there was great. The front desk staff were fast and efficient getting me and my crew checked in. The rooms were cleaned everyday which as you know hasn’t happened since Covid changed a lot of things. The overall stay was great. I used the hot tub and the pool along with the gym and ate breakfast in the morning no complaining there.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our room was spacious, more than adequately furnished and clean. The check in process was very quick and efficient. The location is excellent -a quick drive to a multitude of shops and restaurants. The breakfast was great and there was plenty of seating. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

This was a great place to stay the pool was warm and very clean. And the rooms were very clean and spacious and the works were very helpful and nice.

We have an annual event we attend a few miles south of this hotel. We have stayed at the property for the past 7 years and love it!
