Big Lots

This location was clean, organized and pretty well stocked. The cashier was very friendly (mature lady with the cute short hair) smiled asked me how I was, did I find everything ok, etc. Would definitely recommend this location based on this experience.

I love this Big Lots! All of the employees were so nice and helpful. Everything was well organized and the store was fully stocked. I'm excited to go back!

We had such a great experience. Joe helped us purchase the couch we wanted and helped us sign up for rewards. What I was worried was going to be a long process, ended up being quick and easy because of him! He truly has the customer’s best interest in mind!

2022 and received the BEST customer service ever from Joe in the furniture department! He went ABOVE AND BEYOND helping me the whole time with a smile on his face! I am still in shock that he was so extremely helpful and took the time to help so much! I have been having a big issue with a coverage card and HE personally called and got us all set! You are a true asset to any company! Helped other shoppers while helping me with a true love of this job! Above and beyond in 2022 is unheard of! Thank you so much Joe! Can't wait to pick up my furniture purchases!

I had a very pleasant visit on June 13, 2020. The manager Fernando and his employees were very helpful and polite. They assisted all my needs with a smile. I didn't feel rushed or as if I was being annoying to them. They took time to explain things I had questions about along with giving great advise and ideas. I am very happy that I came here and will definitely be back. I just hope I receive the same courteous and respect on my next visit. Thanks Big Lots for hiring such great people!!!!!!!

Quite literally the most amazing customer service I've ever had at a store. Becca tried to help us every way she could(Comminity Bank issues) and really had our back! I cannot say enough good things about this store and its employees!

I went in looking to completely furnish my apartment and had no idea what I wanted other than a floor plan! The furniture manager Joe went above and beyond setting me up with everything for my living room, Bedroom, Bathroom, Kitchen, and patio! Joe answered all my questions and concerns. Suggestions on what I should consider to save hundreds of dollars and what goes good together. And then Joe took the time to make sure everything was in stock,, made sure that everything would be able to qualify for finance and made sure that I would be saving maximum $$. I'm telling you Joe went to work for me he was sweating at by the end with a smile! Thank you Joe for making me feel like VIP!!

Joe & Jay were AWESOME!!! They answered all of our questions and Joe bent over backwards to help us. When we went to pick up our products Jay made sure it was quick and easy. Thank you both so very much.

Had the best experience at Big Lots in Mansfield, TX in the furniture department, I called and spoke with Joe about I chair I wanted, he was so nice and helpful once I arrived. Great customer service Joe, sorry I didn't get his last name.

Went in to actually just look around, but Joe was so helpful and answered all my questions with knowledge & ensurence that we ended up buying a 3 or 4 piece living set. He helped us greatly & he was very friendly & nice.

Usually I don't write reviews about stores, but in this case I will make an exception due to EXTREMELY great service, the help my wife and I received from Joe (don't know his last name) went above and beyond the call of duty, he helped us find the furniture we were looking for, gave great advice on things that went along with it, and helped us out with several discounts. Joe is da man! Will DEFINITELY shop there again.

Free DVD today with my Big Lots Rewards! I love the customer service there...always a delight to be treated so nice! I wish I would've asked our cashier her name..she greeted us when we came in and was so personable and nice! I have my receipt but her name isn't on there!

Joe was amazing at his job ! Joe made sure to let me know all information about my mattress I have back issues n needed supportive bed. Joe exceeded my expectations and if you need any furniture please see Joe you won't be disappointed

I like all big lots. Cheap, simple, and to the point! Bought our furniture here 2 years ago (very cheap) and it has held up EXTREMELY well. We are very hard on it and have pets. I was skeptical when purchasing a microfiber sectional for dirt cheap. I’m impressed! Also usually buy our big flower pots here much cheaper than other big box stores!

Now this place here is a must shop never a disappointment from the staff to me bargins a must see

Who doesn't love a bargain? You will find plenty of them here! Also, Big Lots rarely has a long check out line and the employees are friendly and helpful.

Sonja was amazing her customer service was impeccable and welcomed me to Mansfield! The store was a little low on inventory for decorations but it’s expected because of the season.

Joe in the furniture dept. helped me purchase a recliner for my husband who is on Hospice. He was very professional and compassionate. He even loaded the chair in the vehicle himself! I will return to Joe for more furniture in the future! Thank you Joe!!
