Target

Target is the Chick-Fil-A of grocery/department stores! I use several online order/pick up services and Target is the only one that is consistently correct and on time. And everyone is helpful and friendly when you go. The rare times it's take more than their standard 5 minutes to get to curbside, they apologize profusely (I think this has happened once).

This store is clean, well-lit, and organized. It was very easy to find the things I was shopping for, but also fun to browse and discover many other things I didn't know I needed! The wait at the checkout line was reasonable, even on a Saturday afternoon. Great store!

They have an excellent response to drive-up curbside service. I indicated I was on my way in the app, when I got there they were waiting outside with my stuff. I was gone in 3 minutes. Perfect!

Easy place to shop in, neat and smells great. Easy payment system.

I love Target stores and am usually able to find what I was searching for during my visits. Enjoy grabbing a Starbucks during longer shopping trips

I love this particular store. Everyone working here is helpful, friendly, polite and approachable the cashiers even tend to suggest deals once in a while. The employees throughout the store and Pharmacy are very knowledgeable in their areas. The store is usually well maintained and the restrooms are clean and well stocked. Customer Service is great and will open more check out stands if more than three are in line. Since this is a Super Target you can get groceries as well as the usual Target stuff which makes for quick and convenient one stop shopping. I have also ordered online and picked up items here in the store and had a positive experience with them. They have plenty of parking and handicap parking of course it is wheelchair accessible and as an added bonus there is a Starbucks and a Bistro inside the store. As well as benches and other seating areas if you need a break. You will love this is a good store.

Fast & everything was accurate. Store Attendant who brought groceries to my car was very nice! The 2 hr pickup window is better than other grocery pickups bc it is guaranteed when I need an item fast & do not want to bring my 3 small children in the store especially if they are napping in the car. I am so happy target has a better selection of items now available for drive up pickup but the only con would be the time it takes to make sure I select drive up option for each item. There needs to be a selection for that in the beginning. It would save so much time when placing the order. Due to that this was my 1st time using target. I've always had items in my cart but ended up for yrs now finding it more convenient w other online grocery pickup stores.

The new black history month line was everything!

I live in Washington State and I’m in the target at Mansfield Texas. Much larger store and hours a guy where I could find fresh parmesan cheese. He said I’ll show you this is where you can get the fresh and we have more on another aisle. Everyone there was very helpful and a very fast and pleasant check out

I love this Target! Today I presented to checkout without having all of my cartwheel coupons selected and the lady checking us out -Elsie (maybe Elise) was so helpful. She got all my offers loaded on my phone along with the Red card membership. She went above and beyond which made out great visit even that much better!

AMAZING customer service! I drove half an hour away from the Target closest to me to purchase a specific item that I was told this location had in stock. Something that I had originally ordered online and then UPS lost my package and the item is out of stock online. After searching for half an hour at this location and becoming a little frustrated I finally approached the customer service desk where I was assisted by a very helpful young woman who I believe was named Ashlee. She was able to find the location of the item and had a loading employee named Nick bring it up for me. Nick even made a second trip up when I realized I would need more. The other employees were also friendly while I waited. I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever had such a positive experience in what was originally a stressful situation. Thank you Target Mansfield staff!

Shout out to meaghan for showing up to be the only person working drive up on Valentine’s Day! There are usually 5 people working and all but her chose not to show up. She was extremely kind and stayed late to get our order to us after closing. Give this girl a raise

Things I love about Target: I'm partial to the Mansfield location because that's where I live.....however, I have NEVER had a bad experience at any Target in the DFW area. Excellent customer service! Quick, super clean, competitive prices, Cartwheel, variety of items that aren't carried at other stores, store coupons, friendly staff. I can appreciate the hello's and speaking if eye contact is made. THANK YOU!
