What an experience. Didn't even feel like a "dealership dealership" in the negative sense we usually think of when hearing the word.

If you're looking for a niche vehicle, Al will find it for you. The experience wasn't pushy or "sales-y" at all. Truly a place where they want the vehicle to be a good fit for you.

I was also extremely impressed by the emphasis on preserving the vehicles, emphasis of only housing the best of the best vehicles in the country (example wise), and emphasis on customer experience.

I have ZERO complaints. It felt like purchasing a car from a friend than anything else.

I can see why 90% of their sales are return customers and the other reviews here clearly showcase that as well. I will be one of these down the road as well.

I am a first time buyer so i had seen a few used vehicles from certified dealers and they weren't the best bang for your buck ill put it that way.
But here, i was blow away with how clean their used cars were.
I had been looking all over Texas for a decent priced car, and AEM had just what i was looking for, i had my eyes set on their blue Subaru Outback that had just come in.
For a car that is 10+ years old, it looked great. The interior was free from any major wear and had been treated very well.
This was my first car purchase so i was unfamiliar with the process, but Eldon walked me though it and i was good to go in no time.
They even fixed some minor issues with car for no charge, i was grateful for these guys at AEM they really made my car buying Experience a breeze.

I just bought a 2012 Honda CRV from the team here on Sat and what a wonderful experience it was! It was such a huge relief not to have to deal with the pushier salesmen at larger chain dealerships. Great place to buy a car. Eldon was very honest and laid back. No pressure and they have nice, clean cars. I was helping a college student with a fixed budget and we found a well maintained car in his price range. It was a pleasure doing business with Austin Elite Motors.

Really easy to set up an appointment to see the car and they held it for me while I waited for my loan to be approved. They let me know that there was a small issue with the AC that they would fix on their dime when I bought the car. Were kind enough to deliver my new plates to me. Really nice guys to work with 😊

The guys at Austin Elite Motors are great! They had a very clean 2003 4Runner that was exactly what I was looking for, and was just as advertised when going to see it in person. I had been looking for a 4Runner for a while, and had a few be sold out from under me while I was in the process of having it checked out. They held the car for me for a week while I sorted out my financing, even though there was a lot of interest in the vehicle and they likely could have sold it faster to someone else. There's a personal touch you will get here, that you wouldn't at a typical dealership. Highly recommend.

Al and Eldon were extremely professional. I was looking for a specific truck a they provided me exactly what I was looking for. My experience here was a "Let's see if we can find you what you need" as opposed to a "hey, lemme sell you something, wanna buy this?" which made for a low pressure and friendly environment.

I like to wait a while before I'm 100 percent satisfied with a purchase(I worry more than the average person" and this a is one of those 100 percent satisfied times. They don't just throw any bucket on the lot so you can actually go home confident that you purchased a solid machine. With it being one of the most stressful times to purchase a vehicle, going to Austin Elite Motors alleviated much of the stress that goes into car shopping. I would definitely buy from them again.

Doug Hite was great to work with. He met me for a test drive, quickly responded to some follow up questions I had about the vehicle, and dropped the car off at my home to save me a trip when I decided to purchase the car. They offer quality used car for a great price. I would recommend that you check out their selection the next time you're in the market for a used car.

I recently decided I no longer needed a pickup truck and I wanted to take advantage of a new car special at a local dealership but I did not like the trade-in offer I was given. So I purchased the new car with no trade-in and consigned my 2019 Toyota Tacoma to Austin Elite Motors for sale.

They took my truck and detailed it for me so that it would have great curb-appeal and promoted it on multiple online auto sales websites to generate interest.

I had a price I was looking to get from my vehicle and Eldon Bryan and the team at AEM told me I could get that and maybe even a little more. They showed it to several tire kickers and a few people who wanted it but offered less than I was looking for and they advised me not to take any low-ball offers.

In the end, they sold my truck after about 30 days for over $7,000.00 more than I was offered on a trade-in, even after their consignment fee was taken out. I was so impressed with the value AEM provided that I referred my wife and she consigned her 2017 Audi Q7 with them as well.
