Take 5 Haircuts

I just really love Take 5 and all the ladies there! They are all so talented and accommodating. I was headed out of the country and I completely forgot to book my appointment in advance, they got me in last-minute!! Not only did they get me in on the fly but Brenna gave me the best color service and Jamie gave me the cutest haircut! Melody Aimee and Crystal made feel very valued as a customer. I felt fabulous for my trip and it didn't break the bank. I will never go anywhere else. Truly a neighborhood gem.

Finally found a stylist that I can stick with, Jamie is fantastic and has a friendly personality.. 5 stars

Always happy when we leave here with great haircuts for the boys. I'm so glad we found Jamie!
She does a wonderful job with my son's thick, straight hair. She immediately recognized where the previous stylist went wrong and knew exactly what I was going for.
I started bringing my older sons to Jamie as well after they had some pretty bad cuts somewhere else. She was able to fix them so they look great while their hair was growing out.

Jamie has been cutting my kids hair for over 10 years now and she is amazing with them! She cuts and colors my hair and I’m always 100% happy, def recommend!

Aimee did an amazing job on my hair! I came in after not cutting it for 2 years!. I had no idea what I wanted to do with it so I just let her work some magic it turned out incredible! Definitely will be going back there!

Getting a 'Guy' haircut is usually- find someplace open, and just walk in and get it done.
Well, I tried this yesterday, but they were booked up. She offered a chance to stop by today. This was better. They greeted me, fast and professional haircut, and I enjoyed the short chat (however I'll probably not add PINK highlights just yet..;-))
I'll come back here next time..

Crystal and Leann are two of the best stylists in central Texas. The prices are competitive, the quality of service is incredible, and I have yet to have a bad haircut in the past 10+ years. Call ahead to check for the availability of one of the two named stylists. Because they are so good, they are often booked and unavailable for a walk in appointment. The other stylists are good too, but Crystal and Leann have delivered consistent excellence for over a decade.

I don't leave reviews anywhere, but this shop deserves a great review. I like my hair a particular way , and they deliver each time. Crystal, the owner, exudes professionalism, friendliness and Kindness. Leeann is always brilliant, intelligent engaging and funny. These gals, the entire LOT, are ARTISTS. Do come here, I mean don't come here, I mean Do come here.

I LOVE this place. I was skeptical at first, because I'm used to a "higher end salon," but a friend of mine INSISTED I try this place, and I'm so happy I did. Lee Ann does an amazing job coloring my hair and cutting it, and she's fun to hang out with while she's doing it. At the "salon/spa" I used to go to, I paid $250 - $300 for a cut and color. At Take 5, I pay between $90 and $120, depending on what I get done. And I love it so much more. I can't say enough good things about this place. The people are friendly, the price is right, and the service is exceptional.

Jamie has been cutting my boys' hair for years, and always does a great job! She recently trimmed and colored my hair, and nailed exactly what I wanted!!

Leeann cut & colored my hair for years while I lived in Leander. Then I moved and tried a couple placed in Georgetown to stay closer to home. When the last one ruined my hair, I ran back to Leeann. She is amazing! She fixed the color and saved the integrity of my fine hair so that it hasn't been breaking off. I will gladly be driving the 40 minutes to Take 5 for the comfort in knowing Leeann does such a great job.

Best place EVER. Everyone there is nice and they all do wonderful things with your hair for a great price. Love them, especially the owner, Crystal Gable. I have been using her for years and wouldn't trust anyone else to do anything to my hair but Take 5. They are awesome!

I don't usually go back to a hair salon after a hair cut because I am so picky but I have come back time and again to Take 5. My kids enjoy the experience of getting their haircuts as well. Ask for Aimee if you stop in! She is AMAZING!

Always s great to visit this shop. They are very nice and take great care to do great work. Aimee is the one to see for men's cuts. She gives full treatment better than the chain places because she takes her time and is experienced.

Jamie is fantastic, she is patient and very accommodating with our kids. She gives the best haircuts and always takes time to make sure we are happy with the look!

Ara did an absolutely fabulous job on my ombre and cut. She did not rush, was extremely knowledgeable and it shows. My color is perfect and my hair looks the best it has in years. I will definitely go back.

First time getting my hair done there, and it was such a fun and wonderful experience. The ladies that work there are nice and energetic. Not to mention LeeAnn did a fantastic job on my hair. 10/10.

I moved to Leander about a month ago from Chicago and I googled a place to get my undercut refreshed and I have to say Melody was so nice and friendly and she did a great job touching up my hair. Take 5 has a customer for a life. Thank you Melody!!
