Dr Merkel is so very kind, patient and understanding. He listened to me about my health concerns and began the process of helping me. The wait was short and the entire staff was friendly. Proud to make him my regular doctor.

Dr.Walker is the nicest doctor and very detail oriented! He went over everything in great detail and made sure I felt heard. He answered every question I had. The receptionist was very nice as well.

My first time seeing Dr. Michele Daggett and I have alot going on with my health and she took so much time with me and was very thorough and even took notes as she was listening to me. She was on point getting my prescriptions called in and ordering bloodwork. Her nurse Christine was so sweet and took time to listen to me and answer all my questions. And the staff were very nice at check in. I would encourage anyone to try her practice.

Dr. Jonathon Merkle - a caring physician that seems to be thorough with your checkup. If you’re looking for opiates you will not find them here. If you’re looking to feel better and find the issues with your health , you’re in the right spot. He’s straight forward and communicates well. He’s very serious about his work and expects you to be serious about your health. He’s not going to play games but does have a good sense of humor. I’d love to keep him as my personal physician but I move far too much. You’re in good hands so relax and call them up. Janet will taken great care of you.

Just to reinforce this review. I met with the doc again only to learn he is still and will always be the professional you want involved in your health.

Dr. Daggett < family medicine physician> is the medical doctor for HSI and is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! She accepts both insured & uninsured patients, as well as, pediatric patients.

ValloMD at HSI family health is our new family doctor Office! Dr. Michele Daggett was very informative and exceeded my expectations in helping me create a plan of care for my health. I enjoyed her knowledge on information regarding medications and diagnosis. She was very patient and took time to get to know me as an individual and my care. The front receptionist are fantastic and so kind. The obgyn nurse filling in for the MA who took me back really listened to me and made me feel like I was in the right place for my healthcare. The office was clean and organized and the waiting room was nice and put together, the patient rooms were orderly and professional. I will be bringing my children here for pediatrics and family medicine for my spouse and I. Could not highly recommend this office and services more. Anyone looking for a General family medicine MD. I highly recommend!

First ever visit to Dr Merkel for some personal things going on and these bad reviews must be because they didn't get prescribed pain pills. If that's a problem you need to seek help because this doc and his crew care so much for you and immediately gets you the help you need. Look forward to many more visits doc.

Dr. Merkle is the best doctor I’ve ever had. He’s extremely caring. He’s the first doctor I’ve gone to in my life that wasn’t dismissive of my symptoms and actually really listened to me. I can’t speak highly enough of him.

Visited the health services obgyn here. First visit I was able to make an appointment through messanger which I loved. I have social anxiety about making phone calls. Next appointment wasn't that easy. No one answered messanger. Dr. Weinreb was out of town so that's understandable. However I called the office. It kept saying I'm 2nd or 3rd in line. I got tired of waiting and just left voicemails. No one returned my call. After emailing the doctor I finally got an appointment. My appointment was at 2:30. I didn't get called in till probably 3:30. The nurse said the receptionist refused to let her get me because there was a problem with my sliding fee. The nurses and Dr. Weinreb are great. The receptionist could do better. I now owe $150 because there was a problem with the sliding fee. Hoping if I turn in the paystubs and get approved it will cancel the $150 bill.I chose this place because the doctor had high reviews and they offer a sliding fee.

Told my doctor about my mothers history with early arthritis and how my knees hurt really bad all the time. Told me to take Advil. I get my blood work done, I have to google what my results meant. Told the doctor about how every birth control I have gotten on has made me gain a lot of weight because of the hormones. Tells me to try harder and lose 30 pounds, says that will fix all my problems…then I go to the OBGYN to get my depo. I then get talked into nexsplanon and my period has been MONTHS long and was lied too about the size of the bar itself.

Saw the obgyn at this building. He was good but his staff gets one star. Don't come to this place for financial assistance. You won't get it. They'll have you fill out paperwork. You come back it'll be lost or they'll claim you didn't turn something in. You get it all and they bill you and take their time so the 30 days they gave you will be up. They barely answer the phone. I prefer patient portal over phone calls. They never answer patient portal. One of the things I liked about this place was how I was able to make an appointment thru messenger on Facebook. Last appointment I made the doctor was out of town so no one answered messanger. Had to rely on phone calls which I dislike. No one would answer the phone. None responded thru patient portal. These people aren't very appreciative of their job. I chose this place because I hated the doctor office I was using before. As horrible as that place is at least they answer the patient portal. And get the sliding fee done in the same day. I thought an office couldn't get worse than CMC but this staff is worse. The obgyn is great. The staff is horrible.

Very unhappy with my experience! I walked in with my service animal and was immediately harassed. The receptionist kept talking to my dog instead of checking me in. Then, after informing the receptionist that distracting a service animal is a crime, she got extremely angry and proceeded to storm off. She began talking about me to the doctor saying that it was "ridiculous" I wouldn't let her speak to my service animal. She yelled back at me and told me to check in on the kiosk. I attempted to do this, but it was not working. The receptionist came back soon after and told me that the doctor would not be seeing me because she was allergic to dogs and "deathly afraid" of dogs. She then proceeded to say I could "just leave my dog in my car". I am very displeased with this service and the multiple criminal violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Please learn the ADA laws and stop illegally discriminating and denying service to patients.

Don't waste your time here. Though the Dr. took his time, and nurse was very nice, they took bloodwork and never got with me again. I called repeatedly over the next 3 weeks, left messages on the front desk voicemail and on the nurses voicemail. Needed emergency follow up, and called them first, still no answer, so ended up going to ER. They did not follow up with ongoing prescriptions (one of the main reasons I went) and never answer the phone. Seek help elsewhere.

Cons - Receptionist Very rude! Never answer the phone , stop answering phones at 4:00 , even though they close at 4:30 , you will not get through , will be on hold for min 23 min each time …. When I’m office Reception Violates Hippa , very loud answering calls from patients , after she gets off the phone she talks about them … whole lobby could hear … just horrible experience since me and my family moved here ….Change doctors / nurse practitioners 3 times since May , Pros .. only doc that accepts uninsured, Dr. Daggett was great ,and her assistants / nurses have great attitudes ( once you get an appointment . .. Daggett is no longer there …

Son starting going here when he turned 20. He has been diagnosed with ADHD since he was 10 yr old. Prescriptions are almost impossible to get filled. He goes days without his medication. The communication skills are horrible. Finding a new primary care physician NOW!

Tried to call a few times now at different times of day and I always get the answering service. Their hours on here are not correct.
