The mattoon facility went above and beyond on explaining the hearing test procedure and then explaining the results after the testing has been done.

I worked well with two men at Beltone INC in Mattoon, IL. I was given thorough information from both of them. The first man who administered tests for checking my hearing levels talked to me in an easy straightforward matter. Another gentleman worked well to fit me with a hearing aid and the right tone quality to the best choice with my skin and hair color. He was professional throughout.

Chris at the Mattoon office is helpful in all aspects. He explains all if you are having problems with your hearing aids. Would recommend him to any person, that is having hearings problems. Lisa, at the desk is helpful also, with cleaning, making appointments, and calling to remind you of your appointment.
