When I first went into Doctor Shafer’s office they made me feel so welcome. I recently got braces and I felt no pain at all. I was comfortable with Doctor Shafer and his team. When one of my brackets popped off, they were able to get it right back on with no trouble at all. Also they allowed me to take pictures so I could send them to my family. I would 100% recommend Doctor Shafer. I can’t wait to see my new smile!

Dr. Shafer and his staff are always pleasant and fun. They make a real effort to know our family and my boys. Both boys needed phase 1 and 2 of work and we have had great success so far. I highly recommend Dr. Shafer and his staff to all who are looking for brighter smiles!

Both of my kids saw Dr. Shafer for orthodontics. One used Invisalign (which was very easy and I would highly recommend if an option) and the other was a more complicated case that required multiple sets of standard braces. Both have great smiles now! Dr. Shafer’s staff is friendly and helpful and they’re great about scheduling even on last minute emergencies.

I will be starting my invisalign treatment with Dr. Shafer in less then 2 weeks. My Mom and I are excited to start the invisalign journey, and have my smile perfected. Dr. Shafer and his team have been so kind already. Thank you Julie and Dr. Shafer for your help already.

Currently, my babies are too little for orthodontic care but I know Dr. Shafer and his staff through his support of our schools. They are friendly, patient, and truly care about kids. When and if the time comes for my daughters to need an orthodontist, I’ll definitely look him up!

Excellent orthodontist! Ethical, knows his line of work well, honest and you can not beat his guarantee!!! Very pleased with his work! Staff is all wonderful as well, very clean offices both in Mahomet and Champaign! Love how daughters retainers turned out, perfect fit, no air gaps at all!

The staff is super friendly and welcoming. They are wonderful at explaining what they are going to need to fix your teeth now and in the future. A great office for new comers and children who may be scared to getting braces.
