We had a wonderful experience with our realtor Molly Jones. We were dealing with tight timelines tied to a cross country relocation for work. Molly was incredibly responsive from the get go, readily available despite being two time zones away, and knowledgeable about the local community as well as the use of veterans benefits. She was able to negotiate aspects that allowed us to stay on our timeline with household goods coming from a different state. As an added bonus, because she is a local, she’s able to provide recommendations for local businesses that has further helped our settling into our new home. We can’t recommend her enough!

Josh Hinkle helped my family sell two houses. He went above and beyond to make everything go so smoothly. Josh came to the house multiple times before we listed to give suggestions about what repairs should be done and how to set up the space, he asked detailed questions to write a good listing, had quick turnaround time for our questions and was clear about the pros and cons of each offer we received. One of the houses had a huge cabinet in the garage that we assumed would go to the new owner but towards the time of our closing, the seller requested that it be removed. Josh offered to help us move it if necessary. He is very detail oriented and informative about next steps. I would highly recommend him.

Us being first time home buyers, we had a LOT of help from her alongside the lending agent she connected us with. Ms Ribbe very quickly matched our wishlist with a very nice house, and it is in the area that we were looking for! She is knowledgeable, and experienced in her job and has a wide network of peers. In the spring of 2022, I started thinking about selling our 120 year old house that had been in our family for nearly 50 years. I first considered selling on my own, but didn’t want the hassle of showing the house and negotiating with strangers. I then asked 2 friends if they could recommend a realtor. Separately, they both gave high marks to Nate & his team. In July 2022, I scheduled a meeting with Nate so I consider eXp Realty. Nate & I walked through my home as he took me through the steps to prepare for the market, such as house staging (declutter, declutter, declutter), some painting, price considerations, local market comparisons, and the timing that would work best since my house was near schools (early spring 2023 was the target).

During my house preparation effort, Nate would check-in every month or two to see how it was going and if I had any questions. I couldn’t spend as much time on the house prep as I planned so my timeline stretched out a year. Then spring of 2024, I went with eXp Realty and had an offer on the day that I signed the listing agreement. eXp found a young couple on their own 2-3 year search to find an older home just like mine. We closed on the house 4 weeks later.

The perfect in between which can be hard to find but Amy was patient with us, she toured all the options we wanted to see and she helped us negotiate to get into our Saint Joseph home!
