Phil Curry has represented me in purchasing several homes in Champaign, and he has managed my properties the entire time I've owned them: several years now. I have been renting my home from Champaign County Realty since 2020 and Kim, PJ, the maintenance guys, and just everyone I have talked to have been awesome! I've really have had the best experience with this company so far! I had my AC go out on a holiday weekend at the beginning of September so I sent and email around 10pm on a Sunday and 1st thing Monday morning (which was a holiday) one of the maintenance men called and said I'm on my way! I was so surprised and grateful! They are very thorough and make sure they get things fixed ASAP! Also, they come around every spring & winter just to make sure all of the appliances electricity (down to light switches) are in good working order for me! It really is a great company! They also give you your privacy and always let you know well in advance if they are coming to do anything needed! I love my home because it truly feels like my home because Champaign County Realty has made sure if there's anything they can do to make it better, they will! I DEFINITELY recommended them for your next rental! Also, their rent prices are great! As a single mother it feels great to have a great home that I can afford and my kids are just as proud of our home as I am:) I plan on staying here as long as I can and if for some reason I HAVE to move I will definitely speak with Kim or PJ about finding another place!

Realtor PJ Trautman is a superstar! From our first zoom meeting (I was relocating) to the closing, PJ was on top of it all. He was awesome at advising me during a difficult buyers market and despite some bumps in the road he got me my #1 home choice.

PJ helped me purchase my first home and got a great deal! We're now moving onto helping my mom purchase another home. He's very informative, knows all of the ins and outs and has solutions to difficult situations. He's helping my brother find financing for home accessibility, which is not his job but he does that because he cares about his customers. He has several resources within the community and the surrounding communities to get everyone's needs met.
