Was recommended to use them for our taxes. I couldn’t be more pleased with them. Kim was the one who worked with us. She went above and beyond to take care of our needs. She not only helped with our current tax year prep but also helped with our prior year as we had some filing issues from a prior preparer elsewhere. She even went beyond taxes and helped us with some other concerns we had. I would recommend Kim to anyone as she has been amazing and so kind.

Heather and Amy helped us with all our accounting questions for our business. Don't let the smarmy, polite response here fool you.
Because I'm a new client and they want my money before starting, because I haven't been able to get an appointment; I was treated like I was wasting their time.

They wanted me to just drop off any tax paperwork I had back in April, and they said they could get to it after October 15..

It's now nearly Christmas.
A room full of monkeys with typewriters could've properly filed my taxes by now, and they probably would have a decent attempt at Shakespeare to boot.
Not only did they refuse to help me for this year's taxes back in March, but again just now after promising to finally get to me...8+ months later.

William told me "No show appointments are costly for me and my office as we give up valuable time we could spend with other clients. "

Then maybe hire someone to handle your appointments?
Your building has a receptionist..but she says you decided to book your own appointments. My time is valuable too.
I don't appreciate being kept waiting and treated like a second-class citizen just because of my name.
