Q Dental

Q Dental is amazing! They are so gentle and positive with young children, and so patient! I went to make an appointment and they had an opening the following week, which is nice to be able to get everyone seen in a timely manner. I couldn’t recommend them enough- especially to those with kids looking for a place that will be ease them into office visits.

This review is lengthy; but it is well worth reading. I rarely write a review unless I receive excellent service(s) or care which I did with Q Dental.
I did a walk-in; no appointment was made that day with Dr. Jung. I had been putting off an appointment due to a couple of broken teeth. I expected to have to make an appointment and return later in the month.
Not the case. They made time for an examination that hour which entailed a full mouth x-ray and a caring hygienist.
His entire staff was so accommodating and treated me with kindness and empathy.
I never received a bill for this procedure and called today to find out that Dr. Jung considered my visit as complimentary. What doctor does that nowadays? I was totally blown away.
Just saying; Dr. Jung is a ‘good guy,’ and I can totally recommend him without reservations.
I found my forever dentist.

From the first phone call this office exudes excellent customer service. Everyone was cheerful and friendly. They were very informative and the dentist himself sat down with my daughter and I to explain everything in a manner that made you feel comfortable and he made sure that we understood what was needed for my oral health.

I have never been to a dentist office where I never felt judged until I started going to Qdental! All of their staff is amazing and so kind! They explain everything and talk you through your procedures. I will continue going back to this place for as long as I can!

I am happy to have met a good dentist and hygienist at Q Dental. Doctor Kwon is a young but talented dentist. He is a sincere dentist who treats his patients with sincerity. Even after a simple cleaning, Dr. Kwon closely examines the condition of my teeth and asks if there are any uncomfortable areas. Meeting him itself is a joy and happiness.
And I can't help but praise Deanna, the hygienist. She was so good at her skills that I felt very comfortable from the moment she started cleaning until the end. I highly recommend that you receive all teeth treatment, including cleaning, at Q Dental.

I love Q dental. I have gone here for many many years and feel like they are family. Deanna always does a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and they are all just phenomenal!!

Five stars is not enough. I've been at Q for four years, all excellent in every regard. Recently had a question/concern about a treatment plan, and was thoroughly impressed by the doctor's care and knowledge, it put me immediately at ease. Thanks to Jackie, too, and all the staff. They treated me so kindly and professionally, and took my questions seriously. Doubled my already strong confidence in this office, and everyone who works here. Thanks so much. I'm grateful.

Q dental is polite, efficient and they listen. I shared that I have quite a bit of anxiety with dental work and they slowed down, explained options and helped me feel comfortable. Modern, professional and family friendly. I am so happy to have found them!!

I will preface this review by saying that I have a primary Dentist ( Dr.Mark Reichman), that is great. However, I am currently working in Champaign and I wanted to have my teeth cleaned. My Co-worker referred me to Q-Dental. Of course, there was a feeling of slight apprehension but she reassured me that the dentist has great reviews. I must admit from beginning to end this was a seamless process. The staff was very professional, the office very clean and there was no extended waiting period to be seen. My hygienist (Hannah) was very thorough. I truly appreciated the bedside manner and knowledge of Dr. Kelvin Jung. I will definitely return for a 6 month cleaning prior to my departure from Champaign. If you need a dentist or have a dentist I would recommend Q Dental.

Last week was my first timing being to Q Dental. Having dental anxiety since I was a child, I put off for so long going to a dentist in my young adult life that basically my teeth failed. I got dentures at the age of 34. My bottoms refused to stay in. So I just stopped wearing them. I finally made that first move and contacted Q Dental to see about implants. I went to a consultation and they did their job thoroughly and explained things. They are going to help me get my smile back. I couldn’t be more excited, terrified, nervous. I am thankful for them.

I recently went to Q Dental for a filling in December and was having worsening discomfort afterward. However, I got into contact with them, was offered an appointment within two business days, came back into the office to have it resolved, and I was not charged any fee. My issue is now resolved and was an easy fix. Q Dental continues to be my go to establishment for dental care!

I had an emergency tooth situation and they were very accommodating. They got me in ASAP and fixed the issue. Couldn't be happier with their service.

After months of being unable to find a dentist for my daughter, I found Q Dental! If you have children, this is the best place to go! The staff are so professional, kind, and patient. We will definitely be coming back!

I’ve been going to this dental practice for 35 years and it always seems to get better. Shannon, my hygienist is wonderful. Did a great job.

I went to them when dr hauserman dealt with regular dental work and Q dental the implant side so they worked together ,basically doing separate things I take it .i went to Huaserman when I think was 11 so he deserves a great retirement which I heard 😉 he’s doing well and loving retirement! Which he should good man and Q dental answered all my questions which most people that would come in don’t know that much about implants so they did very well. Even some of the people upfront remembered me as a kid lol

I've been to many different dentists in the past, but Q Dental stands out by far as the best dentist! Dr. Kelvin Jung is a phenomenal dentist who took the time to fully assess my needs and was also the only dentist (out of many dentists I've seen over the years) who addressed my misalignment issue which was the underlying cause for my TMJ pain. Staff members are all kind and friendly, and you can tell that it is an excellent working environment. Highly recommend Q Dental without reservation. If you have any dental needs, Q Dental is a must!

This is incredible!! Am a very observant person, from the minute I engage with people at the front desk to the final product. I have struggled getting the right dentist or dental care. Until I went online and put in my zip code, and I saw that QDental was closer. I normally ran to the reviews before I chose anything online, they had a 5 * , you know sometimes reviews can mislead if you don’t read many of them. However, I trusted the good reviews because they were very many and sounded more realistic than fake.
Today was my appointment. This is great! Shannon worked on me, and i told her, that; I have never experienced such a great job, even though I tried many Dentists around until I gave up for 3 years. I recommend this QDental for anyone looking for a wonderful dental care clinic. The environment is very clean and calming, after Shannon had done everything, my teeth were shining and white than ever. A Doctor also came in for the final word and checked everything to make sure everything is ok. As a first time Customer, they welcomed and gifted me with wonderful gifts and my favorite ones, I don’t know how they knew the perfect gifts for me. THANK YOU SO MUCH QDental.
