From the first phone call looking for help with my fireplace, everyone I spoke to was professional and so kind. They set clear expectations and when the needed parts came in they were quick to get me on the schedule. The young man that came to my home was professional, kind, and friendly. He did a great job quickly. The price was completely reasonable as well. We are new to the area and will be calling on this company for all our HVAC and firplace needs!

Edit: It has been several months since my first review. I asked Jesse to come install a mini split system in my attic. The estimate process was easy. They did a quick, professional job installing the system. They left everything clean.

Edit: My a/c unit threw errors and stopped running. Jesse came out within 3 hours, replaced one small part, and had it running again. There was no pressure to upgrade/service/replace anything, and the technician was completely professional. Surprisingly low cost for the level of service.

The service man had been here before so he knew the furnace and where the thermostat was. The installer showed up at the time we were given and was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a gas log installed in our fireplace. He explained how to work the fireplace and answered any questions we had. Whenever we have received service from Jesse's the installer/repair person has always offered excellent service and we feel the prices/charges are fair.

Our AC stopped working all of a sudden during a really hot week. It was not easy to find a company who can send technicians right away. Jesse called me back as soon as someone else canceled and scheduled the service for us. The technician is very nice and explained everything to us. He was able to fix the issue right on the spot and also performed an additional examination. Very good service!

Right before the holidays our furnace decided to turn belly-up, and that when the temperatures were about to drop to negative F. We are grateful to Kevin from Jesse for a super fast and professional repair of the issue.

They installed a new gas fireplace insert 2 years ago, and serviced it yesterday because I had smelled gas. The repairman was efficient, and he was informative. Everything checked out ok.

Jesse came out on an emergency call within a half hour of me reporting the problem and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within an hour. It was so helpful that they were that responsive and came immediately to help restore the heat.

Called for a needed service to our gas fireplace first thing in the morning, Jesse had a tech at our house within 3 hours to fix the problem and the tech was done with the job in under 30 minutes. Could not be happier with the service and results.

Relit pilot light on hot water heater and showed me how to do it. Got the burner to light on old gas log fireplace. Fixed the humidifier on the furnace and showed me how to adjust the control. Great professional service!
