Payton is very kind and professional. She’s very good at explaining the process and possible outcomes. I will definitely be back again with Payton whom made the appt. fly by! I love my hair cut and color, after adjusting to my new look- I am very happy with how fresh I feel and look.. can’t wait to continue updating my hair and enjoying Payton’s company in a very lovely relaxing friendly spa environment. I had a great experience coming to this salon. The stylists and front desk were great. I got everything I asked for with my new style and am very happy with the work done on my new hair. The guest services associate made sure to check on both myself and my stylist to make sure we were accommodated and taken care of during the appointment. The salon was clean, properly sanitized, had good lighting, and was very nice. All staff were professional and friendly. The atmosphere was energetic, open, and focused on customer service. I will definitely be returning!

This salon is so welcoming, clean, bright, and accommodating! They ask if you would like a snack or a drink and offer samples of products used on your hair. They always offer lotion and hand massages etc. Everyone there asks if you need anything and asks eachother before leaving too. Haven is incredible and so sweet! Her and the others there have such a warm and welcoming vibe!
I always look forward to chatting with Haven and of course getting my hair done! I have also had my lashes done once by Casey and she was wonderful as well! I loved the lashes and they lasted a while!

UPDATE! So I normally don't ever re-review places more than once but once again this place is the BEST!

It's been a while since I've had my hair done- had a baby and unfortunately my old stylist Alex also left, but it meant that I got to meet Faith who was phenominal!

I was looking for a caramel-y brown dimensional look with some cute curtain bangs and she absolutely nailed it! Love it so much, and looking forwards to going back again!

(Old Review) Alex is an awesome colorist & stylist! Took the time to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted -since I am truthfully bad with descriptions- and it came out exactly how I wanted it. Will continue to go to her for all my hairstyling & coloring needs :)

Every time I step foot into this salon, it feels like home! I get greeted with smiles. Everyone in this salon has been so kind and sweet to me! You simply will never find a better salon full of stylists who uplift one another. Haven does wonders on your hair. She listens and talks you through every step. She’s become more than just a stylist; to me, she’s become a friend. Also, the prices are fair and worth it. I highly recommend this salon to anyone who is looking!

Love the results and how Hailey was diligent about checking in on my hair processing regularly. She was really knowledgeable about how to get the results I wanted and asked a bunch of helpful questions up front to ensure she really understood me. I’m new to Champaign/Illinois, and I’m glad to have finally found my hair gal. Reception and check-ins on drink/snack needs were lovely. I wish the hot head wrap and warm eye cover lasted longer! :) Thank you!!

Hailey did a wonderful job with my haircut yesterday! It was a relaxing and great experience. She is easy to talk to and very talented. I recommend her for all your hair needs!

I loved my first experience here. My hair was all different lengths from successful treatment of alopecia areata. The receptionist helped me set up an appointment over text with no judgement. Payton walked me through the process and gave me a cut that helped me feel "normal" again. While there's no way to instantly grow my hair, I felt pampered and confident afterward, and my hair has been much easier to style since.

I came in with long term hair goals and Faith was so kind and helpful with my questions and concerns. I have never been the best at keeping up with my hair care, but also never had a hair experience that I was dying to go back to. This was honestly the best experience I have had a hair salon and Faith really made it an enjoyable experience. Cannot wait to be back again and I’m so grateful for Faith’s help in my healthy hair journey!

I have been going to Carmen for over 5 years, and I can say that you can absolutely trust her with your hair. This last visit there was a small hiccup (hello, we are all human) and I wasn't just 100% in love with my hair. However, Carmen being the professional that she is was very quick on noticing what the issue was and with further conversation she was so knowledgeable and helped me understand why my hair did what it did at the end of the appointment. She was so helpful and quickly got me back in for a redesign and she made sure that I was absolutely in love with my hair before I left that second appointment. Can I just say, I'm just honestly so impressed with that she went above and beyond to help me understand the science behind hair colors and was so willing to help get where I was satisfied! Carmen truly takes the salons mission statement, "To love on people through our words and actions. To always leave someone better than we found them and to always look for the opportunity to go above and beyond." , to heart.

Noah did amazing! I love my cut and color. He took his time with explaining my inspo pics, my current hair, and how to achieve what I was looking for. I definitely trust his judgment. :)

Jayde did an AMAZING job on my daughter’s and my hair. We were greeted by friendly staff and were promptly offered a beverage while we were checking in. The hair wash with the hand massage was absolutely divine and made us both feel pampered. She also cut and styled our hair beautifully and was very friendly throughout the appointment. This is definitely the most expensive hair cut I’ve gotten, but oh my gosh was it worth it! We are looking forward to our next mommy/daughter date to this amazing salon!

Something you is the best salon in CU! The way they take care of their clients is just amazing! Jayde is so sweet! She works hard to get my hair just how I like it! She gives great suggestions. I’ve trusted Jayde for almost a year and I 100% recommend her!
