My experience was quick and hassle free. From scheduling online (really liked the text confirmations/updates about my appointment and vehicle while it was being serviced) to the quick and friendly shuttle service, everything was great. I received a warm greeting from the service manager and service advisor when I arrived as well. This was my first visit to Serra, I was impressed and will return. Well done!

I had a service light come on and it read go to dealership. It was 4:00 pm and I drove straight to the dealership. I was greeted by a young man whom I did not here his name unfortunately. He was very polite and helpful. George came out to get my information and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. My vehicle was taken back by a service person and I was updated in a very timely fashion. George was available for questions the entire visit. I was scheduled to fix the radio which had stopped working. I texted George regarding replacement. He was very helpful and available for all questions and in 3 days we had the replacement. I arrived for my appointment and greeted with a smile and again he was available for all questions. The entire experience was positive. I would highly recommend the service of this dealership. Best customer service experience. Thank you George and the young man working with him. (I apologize to him for not getting his name). Thank you so very much.

We were traveling across country - broke down contacted Serra spoke with Georg me I believe the service manager. He scheduled us at opening the next day. Had vehicle and camper towed to the facility the night before the repair. We were greeted and welcomed to stay in lot in our camper and given personal employee’s cell number to call if we needed anything nicer night. Outstanding personal customer service really exemplifying going above and beyond

I scheduled an appointment online to have my brakes repaired and to get my oil changed. I scheduled it for 11:45 in the morning. I didn’t really think that they would be able to get it done that day, but Samuel took the time to let me done that they would get it all done that day. I picked it up a little after 5:30, which is when the service department closes. Samuel stayed late and made sure that I was happy with the service. And I certainly was! Great people to do business with! I highly recommend them to everyone!

I recently had my outback in for routine service at Serra and was totally satisfied with the experience. When I pulled into the service bay, I was immediately greeted by Kevin (?). (I am unsure of his name.) We discussed my service needs and he then lead me to the nicely furnished customer waiting area. After about 30 mins I received a text indicating the need for a fuel system flush and requesting my authorization. The text included the full cost of the additional service. As a senior citizen, I was surprised and impressed with the fast and efficient technology in use. All in all, from setting up the appointment to picking up my freshly washed Outback, the customer service was exceptional. I would recommend Serra service to anyone. I've dealt with Carleen Baker for many years and she is a shining example of excellent customer service! P.S. The coffee machine in the waiting area is to die for.

Quite possibly the best customer service ever. Sometimes bad things happen to good vehicles. In that unusual and difficult situation what would you expect a car dealer to do? Realistically? Break a deal on a sold car 9 days later? Well they did. I’m not kidding. How many businesses can actually say they’ve got your back and prove it? We’re not talking a $1500 patio set, we’re talking a $35k car. You’d be foolish to try to go somewhere else, the risk of liability is too great. Go to where I can testify they will do the right thing.

These guys were the absolute best! We were traveling from Grand Rapids Michigan down to Garrison Texas to pick up 45 dogs and transport them back to Michigan for vetting and forever families when our Van ran out of oil. Apparently the previous dealership put the oil pan gasket on upside down and when the holes did line up they just punctured the gasket to make it work. I love these guys. So friendly, fast and got us back on the road fast!

I got caught on my travels from Tennessee to Iowa and found myself with a truck mechanical issue. The Serra Buick GMC service team went over the top to not only fix my truck in a timely manner but met my personal needs. I would highly recommend this dealership that truly understands customer service. Thank you Serra!

Satisfactory experience; accomplished everything on the list for a 150 mile service, and was able to avoid extra expense by taking time to fix a seized bolt, avoiding cutting it off, which would have required ordering a new part.

Did all the 30,000 mile manufacturers recommended service. The only complaint I have is the complementary car wash. First, my was clean. After they ran it through their wash it was a mess - even the windshield. So either rinse well and dry or don’t do it. I had to wash them to clean the windshield and to get all the water spots off.

I was unsure the process that they used at this business but they had no problems telling me and had no problems explaining to me or showing me what I needed to do during the process of them letting me know via text messages about my car and what was going on and what they needed to do and to go ahead and approve it I was very well pleased with the young man that talk to me on the telephone and was even more pleased that he was able to go ahead and help me on a Saturday early afternoon and give me my battery that seemed to be the problem to my vehicle it is so hard to find the place to be open and we had plans for Saturday and it just all went sideways if it had not been for this company I would have had problems going to work on Monday all I can say is thank you and that seems so small but from the sincere deepest part of me thank you so much for taking care of my vehicle finding the problem and going ahead and taking care of it on such short notice and thank you to the young man that helped me not only for checking but also a check out to take care of my vehicle I greatly appreciate you and those workers that was there that also showed me how to work my phone and to do the papers or the appropriate text messages that I was supposed to do so that my vehicle could be taken care of everybody was just so nice so kind and so helpful. It really makes me consider of possibly buying my next vehicle from there which unfortunately maybe sooner than I would like because my vehicle has a lot of memories in it and I really don't want to let it go but I want to let you guys know thank you so much for taking care of my vehicle

Had trouble starting and took it to an auto parts store, they said the battery was good and that it was probably the alternator or push button start, it ended up being a dead cell in the battery. Thanks for getting us in and fixed so quickly, will make this my go to place from now on

Took my family van in which my kids have thoroughly trashed to Serra and they did an amazing job. Looks perfect. I don't know how they spent as much time as they did on it for such a little price (but I'm not complaining). They will always get my business

PS. I opened my glove box to find over $20 in change and bills they were dropped throughout the van that i new nothing about. I apricate the honesty.

I took my car in to get an oil change, interior/exterior clean, and get my tire patched. Brian Dowd did an EXCELLENT job detailing my car. My car was nasty… (I’ve never had it detailed before) and my car was full of crumbs from all my kids’ snacks, dog hair and dirt/paw prints everywhere (pretty sure my trunk was full of straw, too). Brian was able to get EVERYTHING out and my car looks brand new! Even the french fries hiding under the seats. For such the mess that it was, it was done in an efficiently and timely manner. I will definitely continue taking my car to Serra to get cleaned! Thanks Brian!! 10 out of 5 stars.

Through a fortunate acceptance of brake system service, different from what I initially needed, the technician found a serious problem with another part of the brake system. This was repaired, and now I feel much safer on my daily commutes to work.

The staff there is very helpful. I came in with my tire light on. I had no idea what it could be. Tom squeezed me in, and Rob very courteously let me know what's going on. ( He's got a voice for radio.) I'm glad it was only a I left a happy customer. Guys, I appreciate all your help.
