I HIGHLY recommend Taylor for your realtor needs! We were having trouble selling our house and had troubles with the listing agent we were with. I reached out to Taylor to find out my options after doing lengthy research as well. He answered all my questions and didn't push us at all! We switched over to Taylor and our house was under contract the same week we relisted! We had some troubles with the buyers lender and eventually needed to list again. Taylor was there at every step informing us what was going on and keeping us positive on the situation! We were finally back under contract and we finally made it to closing! Taylor Miller is amazing! We were blessed to have a local realtor give us his contact information because he was the realtor for a house we were interested in. It wasn't the house for us BUT we did snag Taylor as our realtor from that visit forward, knowing he was the perfect fit, God-sent. Taylor made calls to try and get us more showings that same day since we came from over an hour away.
After that, every text and call was answered promptly. Taylor set us up to see many houses in the months following that. He never pushed us into anything. We looking in many different areas, 3 houses at a time. He ALWAYS made us feel like we were his only client. He was present with us in each showing, not on his phone or rushing through the appointments. In fact, we all went in as a team to view the houses and talk about the pros and cons.
