Debbie gave us excellent service and was incredibly knowledgeable! She did not pressure us at all! She gave us her expertise and elevated personal opinion. My boyfriend and I really appreciated the service she provided, will go back to this location because of Debbie!

Went in to browse what I saw online. They had the sets I was looking for. I still have some deciding to do and grabbed Freddy's card. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and I did not feel pressured to purchase right then. I recommend this location.

I have purchased furniture twice in the last 6 months. Both times Debbie was very helpful in my desicions by helping me with questions such as measurements of the room and furniture, quality of furniture, colors etc. I can't thank her enough for all the time she spent with me!

We recently bought two couches this past weekend from TIM!! We spent in total probably 5 hours between two days talking with Tim and getting a million different pricing options and looking at different couches. We never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. Tim was fantastic to associate with and we’re very glad he was the one to assist us in two big purchases!!

We worked with Jason, the GM, directly, on a Sunday. He was not pushy one bit, and worked with us on the exact furniture set and financial option that we wanted. He was patient and extremely kind, something I think is important in a salesman and manager. The different warranties to choose from are also a huge plus! We have purchased a bunk bed, and king bedroom set from The Room Place so far, and will definitely continue with future purchases from here!

Had a great time purchasing furniture for my entire house here at the Mchenry RoomPlace store. Freddy is the go-to-guy to get everything done correctly. Will be coming back and recommending others this location + Freddy.

Had a very nice experience buying our new bed. We love there sales approach that they just leave you to look around and find what you like vs spending every minute with you. That is the reason we came back here. Even tho they let you browse they are always around if you have questions and they are very knowledgeable.

Delivery scheduling could be handled a little better. I was told on Friday that our planned Saturday delivery would be between 8:00 and 11:00 AM. We were awakened at 6:50 AM and told they would be arriving in 15 minutes. We got dressed quickly and then waited until about 8:00 when they showed up. The delivery and setup went very smoothly after that.

Tim was a wonderful salesman. When one of the couches we were interested in was put of stock he recommended one similar that was in our price range and also in stock. He was very friendly to us and very informative. Definitely recommend Tim to anybody buying new furniture.

Freddy was very helpful and friendly. He made the time to explain everything to me and to make sure everything was worked out as planned as far as drop-off Etc. Lillian was friendly and Interactive, it was a nice purchasing experience from friendly people. I definitely feel like it was exchange in abundance, and I'm happy with my overall experience. This place easily gets a 5. Everyone was very professional and welcoming without seeming overbearing. Freddy was awesome with his help once I found a set I liked and Kathy made the financing process super easy. I will definitely be coming back whenever I need new furniture!

We had a wonderful and painless experience at the roomplace in mchenry, IL on Sunday 9-27.
Me and my husband were looking to update a few rooms in our house with new beds!
Lucky for us Debbie was there to help! She was extremely patient and helpful with picking the right mattress for both me and my husband. She was very knowledgeable and gave us guidance without being real pushy to simply buy the most expensive one. She was respectful and gave us time to try each mattress out and allowed us time to think and talk each one through.

She also allowed us to browse their show room to help find different head boards and frames for our new bed! Once again she was very knowledgeable about the two different brands we had picked and made us feel confident in our choices!! We would HIGHLY recommend Debbie and will be asking for her in the future!!

We then dealt with some wonderful people in finance! Hunter was great and helped set a schedule for our multiple deliveries. This of course not ideal in the amount of time it will take us to receive our items but completely understandable due to the pandemic going on right now. We also would have loved to be receiving everything in one delivery but appreciated all the team at the room place was doing for us to insure we got them as soon as we could!!

My family and I just purchased a sofa from here. We love the sofa we chose. I cant say enough good things about the lady that helped us out. She was very friendly and she went above and beyond to help us. She is very knowledgeable and very patient. NOT PUSHY like some people can be. We will definitely be back for other purchases. I highly recommended you ask for Olga when you go here.

I had a great shopping experience with Lexy from sales. She listened to what I was looking for, and took me straight to the most fantastic option that was perfect for what I was looking for. Talking with her about looking for another bed, and with what she showed me they had for a smart bed that was adjustable, I had to call back two days later and order it to0! She was so good with helping me out while I was there, it made me comfortable enough to call and place an order for a second bed two days later. It is fantastic because both beds were able to be delivered on the same day!

Debbie was amazing! She was very helpful in us choosing our sectional and was very patient with all the questions we asked. First time buying where it wasn’t a horrible experience buying furniture. She helped us choose the right one for our family and our living room that will last us many many years! Would definitely recommend going to the room place and asking for her if your looking to buy any furniture!

Hunter and Don were great and helpful helping us pick out our new couch for the living room and processing. Made sure to go over everything we needed to know such as financing and guardian protection. And we up front about availability which understandable during this past year. I would definitely recommend this location if looking for new furniture 😀

Deb was an amazing sales rep! We found a beautiful modern couch that will be a great addition to our remodel. The general manager is also very generous in taking care of his customers. Helps make each customer feel valued.
