Every time I go here, the workers are helpful, attentive, and pleasant. The store is well kept and I always leave with more than I anticipated.

Went in to have a picture framed, Theresa ( Terry) was our sale lady and she was very informative and helpful helping us pick out a Frame and matt, thank you for that, yes I would recommend to a friend. ***** 5 stars

I recently took a large (completed) puzzle of a place that has special meaning to me (and that was done by my 92 year old mother) to Michael's in McHenry for framing. Because of the 2 factors I just mentioned, I wanted the framed item to be just perfect, as this will be a special keepsake. Cindy was the designer who helped me pick out the perfect frame. She took her time and tried numerous "looks" until we both said "that's it!" She also began the framing process, and then Terri completed it. Their work was flawless! It was obvious they took the time to do an absolutely superb job. I was so pleased when I picked my beautiful keepsake up - one week earlier than originally stated! I would highly recommend utilizing Michael's (and Cindy and Terri!) for all your framing needs!

Neat, clean and well stocked. We there for some baking items for decorating cakes. Never seen such a variety of cake, cookie sprinkle. Very happy w selections and quick check out service.

I just moved here from Hawaii so I hadn't been to a Michaels in like 6 years This one is really good!

I had a wonderful experience on Sunday February 19. I found exactly what I needed and had a amazing person ring me up. She was the only one working the register and she was fast, knowledgeable and so pleasant. She also was answering phone calls and answering many questions while still taking great care of all her customers. The smile and happy attitude never left her face. I told her that with her winning personality and excellent people skills

With their sale prices & things I wanted to get before Christmas, I was able to get 3 family members gifts for next year. I always enjoy looking around in Michaels.

This review is long overdue but, I had a great experience in Michaels thanks to Justin. A few weeks ago , what was supposed to be an average stop at a retail store, turned into a great experience because of him. As I was being check out , he notified me of coupons that were available to me and saved me money on my purchase. I just wanted to say thank you for saving me a little bit of money and looking out for me. See ya next time man. Thanks again!

I shop here constantly. Im a craftaholic. And I swear everytime the cashier (can't remeber their name, but they have a cool nose piercing) she is always so kind to me. If you see this, just know your pepp talks and overall sincere kindess are always appreciated. You are awesome, never stop being you!

Let me just say I absolutely do not like shopping or general experience however my wife bought this cricut at the Gurnee location and wanted to get the warrenty( can only buy online) she told me they were nice but nobody really tried to help just said go online for it. I called this location and ended up talking to aurelia who invited me in right away and identified herself as the store manager. We ended up going in several hours later she explained this was very new being able to offer warrenties and ended up calling a support line to make sure everything was figured out right! The whole process took maybe 20 min and I couldn't be happier. If I ever get dragged out to these stores by my wife I will only be willing to come to this one!!!

Experience wise, this store is always pleasant. I'm an art student, so I need to buy my own supplies for college. This time my only trouble was them not having everything I needed. Despite some lack of supplies, they always aim to help and try their best to replace the items with something similar.
