She Took more time than she probably should have to ensure that my order was going through the bid room and that I was getting the best possible deal. As I Was Putting. In A Sizable order for multiple customers. All around My experience was great couldn't ask for anything more.

Best lunch spot in McHenry county. For $8 she's gonna make you the best nachos and hotdog you'll ever taste.. then you can go buy a new screwdriver or whatever and act like you didn't come to Home Depot for food.

Went for first time for a Christmas tree, what an amazing experience! Our guy that helped with the towing and trimming of tree was amazing, My cashier RANDI was so amazing and friendly! Shout out to her! Happy Holidays! 🎄🎄

As usual, I had another awesome experience at HD. Doing a bathroom remodel and building my own cabinet doors and they not only helped me find the perfect piece of plywood but cut every size I needed for my project (so it would all fit in my car.) I have always loved their awesome customer service, and love them even more for everything they do and donate to in the community like Fiesta Days, the Green St Mural, and GiGis playhouse. We’re lucky to have them in McHenry!

What an amazing experience at Home Depot!!! Denise in Paint was super patient while we sifted through colors and truly has a servant heart. She is a GEM! Nathan is an absolute hero and true gentleman. He was solution-minded and really want over and beyond to determine and match my color choice. Both Nathan and Owen helped me to my vehicle and to load my supplies. Great crew at this Home Depot. They embody everything that makes this town great!

I called already very irritated, and talked to Heaven, who went above and beyond to see if she could help me. You just do not get that kind of service any more, and I really appreciated all she did to see if she could help. Went above and beyond for sure 5+ stars.

Place is haunted. I had a very sexual encounter with a specter here but have yet to find it again. I have recently purchased some ghost hunting gear to try to contact it again

Had a great experience of top notch Customer Service this Saturday morning while shopping at this Home Depot. An associate retrieved a boxed grill on a dolly for us and set it at the front desk while my husband hurried home to get his forgotten 10% off coupon. I found a perfect aluminum chaise lounge that another associate kept for me with our grill as it would not fit in a cart and I was free to continue to shop. I found a huge plant and then a huge ceramic pot and another associate went outside at the entrance nearest the plant nursery-in the rain- to retrieve another orange flat cart for me. While I was making my way forward to center store, another associate directed my question about whether the plant could be taken outdoors for the summer to a different associate with more plant knowledge. As we talked, I noticed the .99 Arm and Hammer baking soda, .99 Comet Cleanser and .99 paper towels on sale and started another pile along with price adjusted lawn and leaf refuse bags. There were associates to direct me throughout the store, answer my questions, assist with boxes and heavy items, and they were happy people who made my shopping experience fruitful, enjoyable, memorable, and worth writing about. I know the name of one of their pets, his college hopes, another’s luck with roses. These people enjoy the work they are performing and as a customer it is a pleasure to be among them and shop that Home Depot! Customer Service is worth sales and corporate decision makers should remember the transactions we make and associate with their trademark begin with our relationships with these people the minute we walk into the store. You cut staff you will cut sales… it’s just that easy a formula to connect. Thanks Abby and Jane and Kobalt’s owner for a great shopping experience today! They followed us to help load our car and of course, they would only accept our gratitude. When we see something worth raving about in a review, we do!

I can’t say enough about Nicole C, the flooring manager at this store! She helped me order everything for my upcoming hardwood installation, made sure I was given the 24 months free financing and personally called the delivery company and arranged for them to bring the materials up the stairs to my 2nd level condo. She went above and beyond and I’m so grateful.

Home Depot's staff could not be any more helpful. While searching for my husband's Christmas present, three separate staff members came to aid me in my searches. While checking out at the self checkout, a staff member came over and assisted, making my purchase even quicker than anticipated. Love McHenry Home Depot!

Many people are quick to bash younger people these days but this young man was pleasant and patient and very professional.

My wife and I were looking to purchase a replacement blind unit, so we went to our McHenry Home Depot. Sadly they did not have the size needed to accommodate our needs. However I wanted to point out the sales girl "Tabatha" was kind enough to hop on line and look at other close by Home Depot stores. I appreciated her taking the time to accommodate our needs. To me that goes a LONG way! Another store near by did in fact stock our size needed! Thank you!

Nicole is a wonderful manager. She helped me and my bf tremendously get a riding lawnmower. Definitely an all star employee. Home Depot McHenry is going to be our go to for all home improvement projects. Every employee we’ve come across there has been awesome. I wish every store was as pleasant to go to as here. And, anyone who complains is just a Karon.

The staff at the paint department has always been excellent. When repainting our house before we put it on the market we made more trips than I'd care to admit and the staff was always helpful if I couldn't find something.
