The Lotus Pad

I’ve been doing yoga for a few years now on and off and I’ve been to multiple studios, but this is by far my favorite studio. When you walk in you feel so comfortable and at home, the environment is one of a kind and creates a sense of community in a town that lacks that regular community feeling. Not only is it the most affordable place in tri cities to do yoga in an AMAZING environment, but you also feel the radiating love from the instructors. They are there to help you through anything you need help with. Not matter what level you start at, they will guide you. My practice has improved tremendously since I started attending classes there and it irreversible, I’m doing poses that used to confuse the heck out of me. Never thought I’d be able to do them and here I am. The lotus pad is the best🕉❤

Making yoga accessible to everyone. Physically & financially. I love all of their classes & all 3 instructors are top notch. I can’t imagine my yoga practice with out these 3 ladies continually positively impacting my life week after week.

Amazing yoga studio. You can feel the love and dedication from these 3 owners. The pricing to take classes is the best in town. They also offer kids classes that are so fun and interactive.

Attended the Arm Balancss workshop at Lotus Pad with CeCe today. Wirksop was. Awesome and CeCe is amazing!😁💞🌷
