Salesman was super helpful & super friendly. I called the Lake Zurich store first who was also helpful- it was apparent that they communicated! Would shop there again!

Steve had extensive knowledge of the industry and helped us find the products that best met our needs. I recommend this location.

We were a returning customer. The salesperson Tom was the best, he took the best effort to understand our needs and was nice enough to even include the kid, who we were shopping the mattress for, in the selection process.

We were unable to decide on a headboard the same day. But to our surprise, while we were so confused about the multiple options we were seeing online, Tom gave us a call(2 days after we left the store!) to give us a pointer on two head board choices! That was excellent customer service that he remembered where we left off and tried to help! Would definitely recommend Tom & this Mattress firm location!

I was very pleased with the service and knowledge of the personnel. I went to one store looking for a bedframe solution. They didn't have what I needed, but the manager sourced it at the Kildeer location. I picked it up there. Perfect solution! Thank you! I'm now a fan of Mattress Firm. No high pressure selling which was superb and a very pleasant experience.

The whole process took less than 15 minutes. Did not try to upsell what I wanted. Great customer service. Store was very clean

I'll just preface with I generally hate mattress shopping. We are moving and I had to get it done, so I went to the closest Mattress Firm by our new house. I met Arnie there and he made the experience really great! He was incredibly attentive, thoughtful and efficient. Arnie quickly narrowed down the selection to a few mattresses that suited our needs and spent a lot of time helping me decide on the final choice. The best part was that I had a pretty narrow and demanding window for delivery and he was able to thread that needle for me, too. Arnie was a pleasure. I highly recommend his service! Thanks again!

Great Memorial Day sales already going on! Second time purchasing from this exact location and both times have been so smooth. We had Brandon helping us today and he was very knowledgeable and helped us pick out our new king sized tempurpedic bed for our new home. We were able to book our free shipping for a month from now to line up with our needed timeline.

Recently went in to find a new king mattress and we couldn't be happier with the service and products we received. We had the good fortune to work with Steve. He helped work within our price range and was extremely knowledgeable with every question we had. Ended up purchasing a Tempur-Pedic after learning about and experiencing a wide variety of mattress types sold in the store, and I give all the credit to Brandon!
