Float Harder Relaxation Center

I was gifted a float session as a baby shower gift. I used it at 32 weeks pregnant. My float session was the first time I was in zero pain in a long time! The staff was very accommodating and gave me extra towels and floating materials so that I would be comfortable while floating.

I was nervous about being cold (I'm always cold) and it was not an issue at all. The air in the float tank was heated so that the parts exposed to the air were nice and toasty. I followed the advice and took a cool shower before entering so it felt very warm and comfortable stepping inside.

I was concerned about safety of stepping over the side of the pod and decided to book the standard float room. There were enough handles to help me get up safely and get out of the pod by myself. The controls in the pod are easy to use. I did start with the lights on until I got comfortable and then turned them off. I was surprised at how relaxed and calm I was. I did get a little antsy toward the end, but my float ended soon after.

I definitely plan to add this to my wellness routine, I was relaxed all day long.

The staff is absolutely amazing. Let me start there. Austin, Hannah, Stacy, Bren and at least a couple other people that I don't have names for, made me feel like I a true human being in a world where we often don't. I did Three floats in a couple of days and every time I went in there I was greeted by somebody just as lovely as the last. The conversations were amazing, insightful, and genuine. Happy employees means good management so kudos to you for solving that Rubik's cube (it's not that hard is it) 🙂 The facility itself is so beautifully simplistic and is the epitome of "less is more". It's exactly where you want to be in order to unload any mental or physical energy, rather than being overwhelmed by scents, sounds, or negative energy. Unforgettable experience. I would drive two and a half hours just to float there again for sure 🤌

My friends got me a gift card to have a float and it was the BEST experience! I will definitely be back to do this again. So much fun and I actually fell asleep ♥ Definitely relaxing, and just what I needed!

I did my first float today. It was very relaxing. I like that they have music and light options. Very clean and serene. Highly recommend to anyone looking to unwind after a busy week.

Very relaxing! Everyone keeps referring to the water as having “salt” in it or as salt water. That’s very incorrect. The water has high levels of epsom salt, which is magnesium sulfate. Epsom salt is a LOT more therapeutic than salt! This spa is very well maintained. Every area is clean and features sophisticated decor.

I’ve tried acupuncture, acupressure, massage therapy, chiropractors, and have had great experiences with all of them.
However, this is entirely different feeling, that is honestly hard to describe. Because it’s like nothing else.

Being weightless and quiet for an hour, is wayyy beyond relaxing and therapeutic.
You definitely go to other realms, if you let go and quiet your mind.

Love this place, me and my spouse go once a month. Always come out feeling extremely relaxed. The relaxation process can be difficult especially the first time so don't give up after one attempt. The staff are always on time and a delight to deal with.

First float was this past weekend and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I was brought as a guest and as someone who struggles with anxiety was apprehensive about spending 90minutes alone in the dark with my own thoughts but the staff, layout, and nature of the float quickly put my mind at ease.
Thinking I'd be sequestered into a coffin-esque chamber devoid of light and sound and entombed with my own demons for an indeterminate period of time - I came to find there were both float pods and (much to my delight) float ROOMS! Lighted with cool or warm tones, and a selection of audio options in addition to Bring Your Own playlist that are tall enough to stand in and broad enough to bounce from wall to wall.
The lovely woman at reception was both a consummate professional and a warm welcoming presence as she guided me through the Dos and Don'ts of the establishment and showed me to my room.
I entered a space that contained a comfortable place to disrobe, a high pressure shower with all natural body washes and hair products and an outward pull door to the float tank.
As I said before the deluxe duo tank was large enough to stand in and broad enough that you could float the whole time without bumping your partner - or bounce from wall to wall by yourself.
Being in a room rather than a pod and the design of the space helped to ease my anxiety and while I selected soft blue/purple tones as my light package turning the lights out was not uncomfortable. We listened to the Dark Side of the Moon instrumental and the time flew by.
Exiting the chamber and returning to the world at large is like a mild trip. You're offered complimentary tea and a place to relax if you'd like to feel out the transition - but the rest of your day (and as I'm coming to find Week) expect to experience a heightened mood, relaxed demeanor, and general good time.
10/10 - would float again

I tried this for my first time and loved it. It was the first time in a long time, and I’ve been able to relax and completely shut off. It was a Pleasant and unique experience, and I will definitely be back. Thank you.

Had my first float ever today. What an amazing experience. The facility is clean, professional, with ever small detail and amenity taken care off.
The 90 minutes went by quickly, and I felt so relaxed and peaceful afterwards. It felt like my mind underwent a full reset and my body was totally at ease.
I’ll be back!

PS any chance to open a satellite facility in the Augusta area?

AMAZING! I cannot recommend this enough. It's an incredible way to clear your mind and experience muscle tension relief.

I met James at Restore Hyper Wellness and we clicked instantly so I knew I’d have to come in and try out the float tanks. Safe to say my experience was a smashing 10/10. The staff is wonderful and I don’t think I’ve ever felt more relaxed. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment!

I had an amazing experience at Float Harder! The staff was friendly and helpful, my float room was clean and stocked with everything I needed, and my float was extremely relaxing and renewing. The complimentary tea after my float was a perfect ending to my relaxation sesh! I can’t wait to come back.

I have been going to Float Harder for a few years now and I cannot say enough positive things about the facility, staff and experience. I wasn’t sure if I’d like this concept, But was I wrong! I have never felt better! I suffer from chronic pain and I have for many years! What an amazing relaxing experience, I even fell asleep! I am going to make this part of my self care routine! I left feeling like a new person, and still feeling good today, a day later!

My boyfriend got me a gift certificate for a tandem float session for my birthday and it was great! It was our first time and we'll definitely be back. Everything was very clean, easy and welcoming. Can't wait to go again!

Great experience with Float Harder. Very relaxing overall. I find it most beneficial after I workout.
