Consumers Credit Union it a great financial institution. Morgan and Brandi truly care about their members and educate you on any questions you may have. These ladies are truly amazing and serve outstanding customer service!

I've been banking with consumers cu for a little over 3yrs & they are always nice, and very helpful. They approved me if a car & personal loan, even though both times I didn't think it could happen. You guys are the best!!!

Morgan is the most friendly and helpful person I’ve ever met while at a credit union . Every single time I go in she’s ready and willing to help. She’s VERY patient and VERY polite. Even to the customers who are EXTREMELY impatient and down right rude. I will continue using this location as long as I’m around to do so. 10/10 best credit union experience to have (:

Excellent customer service, I love the battle creek office! I have my business account here and many other accounts. Everyone at the battle creek office is very cheerful and helpful each and everytime I walk in. I also love the online banking app as it is very convenient for my business if I can't make it to the credit union.

This experience was definitely different from my first experience, the process was very easy. All I needed to do was follow the instructions. Cody is a very outstanding person, things that he asked me a challenge, but he hung in there, never like a trooper. If I had to do it again, I would definitely want Cody to be a part Cody I look forward to working with you again in the future when I’m ready to get another home. 😎

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Ladies were so friendly and welcoming. They helped my daughter open her first account and made her feel very special. Apart from the amazing staff, the branch is very nice inside. The virtual tellers are quite cool, and make deposits so easy. We will be making this our branch of choice from now on.

We had an amazing and friendly experience as we set up a checking, savings, and Christmas account plus opened both our teenage sons a checking and savings. We had such a personable customer service rep who made the process easy and comfortable. Glad we made a switch from a National Bank to Consumers.

We worked with Morgan Bouyer and we can’t say enough positive things about the banking experience. We have transferred all of our personal banking to Consumers and looking into moving our business accounts as well!
