Kohl's

I have shopped at Kohl's since it had opened many years ago. Everyone is so helpful and pleasant. Kimberly, the cashier, was so friendly and helpful. I have know Phil the Manager for many years and he is always there with a smile on his face and a pep in his step. Great manager.

After walking into the store I saw a gentleman who worked there. I asked him where to find women's jackets. He immediately showed me where they were. I found a jacket I liked and purchased it.

I enjoy the quality of service I receive every time I come into the store. It is great to be known by the staff and they have a nickname for me the Kohlsologist. I celebrate the way the Battle Creek MI Kohl's treats their Customers.

Never had a bad experience at Kohl's in Battle Creek MI. The package pick up is a bit inconvenient if you have mobility restrictions (I am a left leg amputee without a hip). The package pick up couldn't possibly be any further back in the store. Shipping is the way to go if you're handicapped. But, it's a nice store!

First time here. Loved the look of the store. Can see why many many customers love this store! So much clothing and shoes to choose from. Affordable, variety, and color caught my attention. Even got Kohl's cash back from my purchases. Is also an Amazon drop off point for returning your packages!

Honestly, I don't shop at Kohl's but I do use them to return items to Amazon. Hand them the return, they scan your code and you are done.

I was shopping for a new suit. And found one in Battle Creek, MI. Kimberly was very knowledgeable and helpful at checkout.

I love Kohl's for the entire family. They have a good variety of styles, sizes and colors. I also like the fact that they have coupons and sales to bring the cost down on their clothing. 90% of the clothes my family have came from Kohl's. I bought for Christmas for babies through adults. Can not buy much for my husband though because he wears a 3x tall and they usually don't carry the larger sizes.

Store was neat, well organized and had sufficient space around the racks and rounders to look at merchandise. The only person I had any contact with was the young lady at the register. She was quite pleasant and since she wasn't busy took a few minutes to chat with me.

The store was very clean and I felt safe shopping there. Staff was helpful and friendly and appeared to be genuinely happy to help. They have a huge selection including massive clearance sales. I was able to find the perfect dress to wear to my son's wedding at a very reasonable price.

Pick up order,returning Amazon order. Both went smoothly. Staff helpful and pleasant and with Khols cash I got a 4.00 shirt!

I received a steam cleaner as a wedding gift and needed to return it. We encountered Thomas who was absolutely incredible! Not only did he make the transaction super quick (I mean super quick) he CARRIED it thru the store and even carried it to our car! He was wonderful, very pleasant and so professional! What a lucky find Kohl’s has in this gem of an employee!!! Great place to shop!
