Great customer service. The two dudes working at 10pm on February 29th went above and beyond. Very clean store and bathrooms. No garbage anywhere outside. I was impressed

Easy access on and off the interstate. Decent amount of parking. Good selection of fast food and ready to eat deli/hot counter goodies. Facility appears clean and well maintained.

Very clean. Smaller than the t/a across the street as far as parking but if you get here early enough I recommend this truck stop over the t/a..

Easy spot to find what you're looking for!

Clean and bright inside and outside. For being so close to the interstate the prices are comparable to in town store. Generous selection of cold beverages. I would not recommend towing a long trailer with automobile to get gasoline. Space between the pumps and the building is a bit tight if there are cars parked at the front entrance. Friendly staff.

Adam is very friendly but professional handles truckers with care and concern such a pleasure Mariah is very sweet snd friendly I thought she didn't want to receive my email for work but in all honesty she was just doing her job and provided me with fax information. Since then we joke about me treating a review but my review is good. The people are friendly and helpful hete

Shower was hot and fresh

We took a shower at this pilot truck stop. It was a long wait, cause it was busy. But it was worth the wait. The attendant who was responsible for cleaning the showers, left a hand written note in the shower on top of the towels (see pictures)Very very nice personal touch, what made me and my husband smile. An absolute unusual appreciation from somebody who does his work with love. Thank you so much

This is a nice truck stop. I stopped here when I was traveling one day. They have lots of items that you would need while traveling as well as the normal items that you would find at your gas station / convenience store. The employer that work the cashier was very friendly and helpful. The store and rest rooms were very clean.

I always try to stop at the pilot or another travel center when I travel, which is very often. The gas is always very well priced, usually cheaper than surrounding stations and always well kept and clean restrooms. They also offer a large selection of drinks and snacks and this one had a McDonald’s attached so it was very convenient.

I tried to reduce the expenses of my trip from TN - Chicago to Niagara falls, so I decided to sleep inside my car, but I was worried about taking showers. This place solved this problem for $15, so they have 5 showers with its own toilets and sink.
They are friendly.

This is now in my top 10 truck stops in the country. This store has some real personality to it, the staff are friendly. McDonalds is terrible for you and you shouldnt eat it, but when you do.. it helps when its GOOD at least, best Mc’yDs Ive had in forever.

They give you thank you notes for using there showers never seen it before I have been in every state outside of road land at least twice and clean to bad its so small of parking

These employees are awesome. The showers were so clean the bathroom Area was clean and smelled Great. If you haven't been here please go omg what an experience that will be passed on to generations to come. Thank you.

The pilot is great but I won't eat at the McDonald's ever again. Saw the person who prepares the food spill ketchup on the counter use my bun to wipe it up. Didn't say anything till she served it to me. Called the manager and her response was I'll train her not to do that.
I took it out and threw it in the garbage.
My response as an old Chrysler line boss would have been to walk her to the door and put her out. Anyone who doesn't know that sure isn't smart or trustworthy to work for me.
Probably doesn't wash her hands after going to the bathroom, I'm sure if the bun thing is okay that would be ok too.

Parked my bobtail ordered online pulled my truck up to fuel isle to get the food walked in they had it waiting on me i couldnt believe how fast they were. I'm sure the guy waiting behind me was thankful they were so fast! Less than 5 minutes unbelievable!!
