I went to the hardware dept for some Bolts nuts and washers for my husbands project. I was irritated because my husband should have gone. I was sure I would come home with the wrong thing. So this sweetheart of a man I think his name was Larry and I told him I was frustrated and needed what was in this list. He assured me he could get what I needed. So he hunted around and got everything we needed. I can’t thank Larry enough. Guys don’t send your wives to get your nuts and bolts. Like I told Larry I’m pretty sure he wouldn’t have gone to the sewing center to get me the needles I needed for my sewing machine! He laughed and he said you know I think you’re right.

Good store gives Vets a 10% discount and vet parking space close to the front os store.Which other stores of the same kind don't respect the Vets in this way.

I bought a toilet and a very nice employee took it up front for me, then he put it in my jeep.

Great customer service! I needed a refrigerator box for a project my wife was working on for recovery center chili cook off. I went to the fridge section where once I explained what I needed to two associate, they went above and beyond to help. They made signs for the back dock folks so that when one became available they would call me. As fate would have it, one was available when I was checking out up front. These two Lowe's associate were so helpful I hope the manager see's this because employees like this are hard to come by!

I stopped in for a couple of fittings to cap off an outside hose. David greeted me kindly and found exactly what I needed. Congratulations Lowe's on your new team member!

My husband took me plant shopping for my birthday. They have so many beautiful plants I had a hard time deciding. I was very happy when I found the discount plant section and brought home several plants very cheap that I get to give some tlc to.

Lowe's good. LG bad and annoying. Look what they sold. There was a magnet that ate away the "stainless" finish 😡😡😡 now I have this hideous thing to look at forever. $850 oven. Nothing ever works out for me I swear.

Sierra in appliances was amazing today. She went over and above helping me pick out and new stove and microwave. She was very nice,professional, knowledgable and attentive from the get go. I went to another store before coming to Lowes and couldn't even get the gal to look at me let alone assist. Next time I will go straight to Lowes! I was having trouble on finding which humidifier would best suit my house but an associate named Bob was very incredibly kind, patient and extremely helpful in helping me find exactly what I needed. I ran into him again later when I was about to check out and he was able to help me for another quick minutes to just answer my questions about a leaf blower I was getting. This man went above and beyond because after helping me I watched him go and help the people who were having trouble in the check out line as well! Thank you Bob for making my experience at Lowe's better than expected.

I was searching for an item that I was told "Its in tools". While we were searching there for the third time, a new employee named Blake went out of his way to help us. He was very friendly and helped several others the same way. He did end up finding something that will work just as well. Thank you Blake!

Went there to get an appliance (water heater) and was helped by a very friendly gentleman named Ken who took the time to understand my needs and kept me from making the mistake of buying the wrong appliance that I had picked out. He helped me find the appliances that would work for my situation which happened to be the last item if it's kind that was on stock AND close to my budget. He coordinated with the customer service rep (Shelby) to get the open box item processed and loaded in my vehicle. I give them a 5 star rating for not only catching my mistake, but help with getting the right hardware which kept me from making multiple trips to the store on a project. That almost NEVER happens. Thank you!!!

Paul and Mark were most helpful in appliances they found the washer and dryer I requested gave a great discount for one out of the box loaded in my truck and I was on my way in 1/2 hour after getting no help from menards and no appliances at best but
