Panera Bread

Stopped in for lunch. It's been a couple of years since I have visited Panera. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The good was good just as I remembered it

The person at the cashier this evening was very nice and friendly. He made me want to come back to Panera Bread in Battle Creek more often. Food is also good. I also like the mango yuzu tea a lot.

I came back to leave a review specifically to share how incredibly wonderful the staff was. I was on a roadtrip with my family from Canada and this was our break stop, and we received such kindness that it left both me and my family talking after our experience. We weren't about to catch the names of the staff, but to any Panera managers who are reviewing this, the staff on Sat. Jan. 6 around 1:30-2pm were phenomenal!

As a stay at home mom I came here for peace and quiet. The only thing I heard was someone saying thank you after they handed out every order. It was so great. Just what I needed. Lucas at the front register was so sweet when I was fumbling through my purse to find my gift card. What a kind, lovely, and lively staff!

Amazingly sweet lady taking our order!!! Food tasted so good. There was a problem trying to use a gift card we had loaded onto the app, but the manager stepped in and was sincerely apologetic. Overall a great experience.

This Panera Bread at this location in Battle Creek Michigan is great compared to many other Panera Bread stores.. The staff is consistent and prepares your food order quickly. We will return.

Love this place so much. This location is nice and quiet with nice service, but always seem to be out of bread bowls (three times now). However, the food is amazing if you want to avoid your grilled or fried foods.

Temperature in the building was refreshing! Place nice and clean! Staff very friendly! Love this place!

First person who tried waiting on me was so awkward I thought they were going to cry... it was weird. Then 2nd person redeemed this location in my mind, yay! I got the broc cheese breadbowl..... so delicious

Food and service were excellent, but the place was crowded because the tables were too çlose together.

I am trying new combos and I am not disappointed. Very good. I have had this one before and sounded pretty good again on a cool day.

I had the chipotle chicken and avacado sandwich with the summer corn chowder.

The one critic I would have is, I wish the avacado was sliced or as a chunky spread instead of the whole piece that it comes with. When you bite into it, it kind of slides out of the sandwich...lol.

Staff was very kind and made sure our order was correct. She also mentioned if we needed anything else to let her know.

The dining room was clean. The drink area was clean as well.

I would definitely go to this location again.

I am Asian and don't speak English at all, but the staff here was very friendly and helpful. The hazelnut coffee was very good and made me very happy!

Food is consistently good, and the atmosphere is the same everywhere . The service over all has been very good, but sometimes you get a new employee or a less than average employee but you can't prevent that from happening at any business. I give this location 5 stars over all.

One of my favorite places to eat, the food is great so is the service.

It was just ok! Sandwich so high .... Filled with so much lettuce it was falling apart! Too messy! Asked for salt and pepper and a knife and it seemed I inconvenienced them with those requests! A huge lack of customer service!

Ordered Caramel Latte; and a brownie, the price was fair and cheaper than my home town. The brownie was thick and dense so I was able to snack on it all day. They were busy but my order was fast and delicious!

It was excellent! The gentleman that took my order was very friendly and efficient. Food was delivered quickly and was prepared perfectly. Another gentleman made his rounds throughout the restaurant keeping tables cleaned and offering help to customers. Top notch customer service!

Tried out the chicken and broccoli with the brown rice. Delicious 😋
