Super clean wonder rooms, great atmosphere, close to good restaurants and it's just off the expressway.

The workers are all so nice and went out of their way to make our stay great.

This facility made us feel like family. The room was impeccably clean and the beds were top notch comfort. Highly recommend them if you are looking for superior comfort and convenient location!!

We came to visit family in the area and had a wonderful time at the baymont, the staff was friendly and their jacuzzi was steaming hot, the pool was nice and big and warm to, the kids spent hours in the pool area, the breakfast was well stocked with some scrambled eggs, sausage , cereal etc etc, room was a simple clean 2 bed room with tv fridge and microwave and the price was very affordable, we will always be back here when we visit every couple months, thanks guys!

Our stay started with fantastic customer service- we were treated to kindness, respect, friendliness, and clarity despite the nasty weather, ringing phone, and us being a late evening walk-in. And our pooch and cat were welcomed as warmly as we were! Our room was impeccably clean with a very neat/tidy appearance- the all wood floors were shiny and free of any dust or debris, the mirror was spotless, the beds beautifully made, and the bathroom sparkling! The comfort was beyond what we expected- the beds were perfectly firm and there were three big, fluffy pillows on each bed. The room was set to a toasty 74°- perfect for coming in from the blizzard and comfortable when wearing a wet swimsuit. Speaking of swimming, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that the pool was the perfect temperature! It wasn't freezing like we ere expecting it would be- rather, it was a very refreshing and relaxing just-warmer-than-body-temperature. We haven't had breakfast yet, but the dining area is the cleanest I've seen in any hotel, and the spread looks promising. The all night coffee bar in the lobby is a welcoming touch, and there were plenty of cups in the room for our family. All in all, this is significantly better than we ever would have expected a 2-star hotel to be! What's not to love?!

This is a great place to stay. My husband and me travel for work and came here about a year ago. The staff became like family. The only place we have stayed where we made friends. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The housekeepers work really hard to keep this place as clean as they possibly can. We left last week for my husband to start a new site. However came back to visit for Memorial Day. We will most definitely make this a vacation spot any time we are in the Battle Creek area.

Was driving for hours and needed somewhere to rest that was nearby since it was so late. Got a double bed queen suit (for 5 people) and the front desk person was very kind and helpful.
The room was clean and the bed sheets seemed pretty clean too. Everything was stocked up and I didn’t see any issues that other reviewers have mentioned.
I would stay here again without a doubt!

We don’t usually stay at the Baymont, but I am glad we did this time! The staff was incredible and the room was exceptionally clean. We were given a tour of the room before we paid and to us that was considered amazing customer service! My fiancé and I had the best sleep and woke up to a very scrumptious breakfast! Will definitely be back! Happy New Year 🎊🍾

I’ve never been to Battle Creek before or the hotel. I was very impressed with the small town and the hotel. The hotel was a lot nicer than I thought it would be. We got a jacuzzi room and it was wonderful. The bed was so comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I am going back this weekend just for a nice getaway. 👍❤

Give this hotel a shot y'all! New people trying to make a better place! Awesome customer service! Asked for extras of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, wash cloths and trash bags for our wet and dirty clothes. They lady was more than helpful and very nice!! Thank you! (I usually bring my own) The boy's enjoyed for sure! Up beat and had some style to it! Not so uptight but yet peaceful! We will be back to stay at this one for sure! Thanks for a great stay and making my son's 13th birthday extra special by being so upbeat and EVERYTHING WORKING IN AND OUT OF THE ROOM!! THANK YOU!!🥳🎉

Great place to stay clean and the pool and hot tub was nice

Had to stay for my job training. I was very surprised and impressed at the quality of the room and services for the price. I assumed since the rooms were cheaper than all the rest of the hotels, my stay wouldn't be comfortable. I was wrong. I will definitely be back if I am in the area. Great price, clean, comfortable.

Exceptional staff ready to meet our needs. Definitely will cater to platinum members. Room was clean and quiet. For the price great value. The jacuzzi had a loose faucet but not leaking and some of the lights didn't work. But we didn't report it because we were happy with our overall experience.

Stayed for 2 days. Manager was on site when I checked in, very pleasant welcoming. When finally got to room needed a comforter. Called front desk was delivered in less then 10 minutes. Room was clean, beds freshly made. Pool was also functional and clean. Will definitely stay again when in area.

Rooms could have been a little cleaner. However I can not complain as they let me late check in (3am) and late check out at 1pm the guys behind the desk were amazing thanks again!

Found a Bullet hole in window manager moved me to another room but wouldn't give discount and really didn't care .

The staff is very welcoming.
The rooms are nicely designed.
Pet friendly is a big thing for me and I’ve never been more comfortable with my dog in a hotel.
The manager Shawna, and the woman who took care of breakfast will make a return costumer of me.
Restaurants and stores next door make it that more convenient.
However, I think the pool area is haunted.

We went to visit my husbands friend who lives in Michigan. I decided to stay at this place and I am glad I did. The gentleman at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. My husband loved the bed. The breakfast was very good too. This place really met our expectations and we felt very welcomed. Next time we come to Michigan we will be looking you up.

The night staff is absolutely amazing!! The beds were very comfortable and my kids loved the temperature of the pool. Can't wait to come back!!!!

IGNORE THE LOWER RATINGS! I would say the key to a pleasant motel getaway is the atmosphere and staff. I HAVE NEVER EVER HAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IN A MOTEL AT THIS QUALITY LEVEL, these dedicated hard working individuals love what they do and genuinely find joy in every smile on the face of their guests, EVERYONE from the devoted manager, the front desk, the maintenance, the house keeping, from top to bottom is determined to go above and beyond to simply ensure their guests leave with a whole new idea of what true quality customer service means. It starts with a clearly overworked manager that leads by example and inspires her team to strive to achieve a pleased guest, these people aren't just great they are borderline heros. The motel itself is simply a everyday motel that offers all the standard amenities you'd expect from any motel, the rooms are cozy, the indoor pool and hot tub, these can all be found here but they arnt what makes this establishment stand out. They arnt what made this the greatest motel experience of my entire life. These people are unsung heros that deserve all the praise and appreciation in the world. Sidenote the continental breakfast is the most extensive I have ever scene, from simple cereal to eggs and sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, I've never scene a motel with such a long list of delicious offerings, it's like an all you can eat buffet! Anytime me and my family are looking to get away and staying in the area this is the only motel I'll ever need. It appears to just be another budget motel at first glance, but come stay here for a night, it's an expience like no other and one I know I will never forget. From the cheapest budget motel to the top I have no dought no other motel could care like these people care. Thank you for all your hard work, thank you for the memories, keep up the good work. Last but not least, rest assured this is one satisfied guest that you made an impression on that won't be forgotten.
