Meijer

Meijer is a great place to shop. Staff knows their business and are willing to help. In fact they look to see if you need anything. Pharmacy workers were able to answer questions. Also, the girl behind the counter asked if I wanted anything else.
Door greeters are always quick with a smile that reminds me that the store values my experience. Shopping here is the experience of not shopping at a store that you don't like.
Meijer is a place where I can shop and enjoy just moving around and looking. My girlfriend and I were checking out clothes before getting groceries. The clothing was appealing and made with nice material. I like the colors too.
I like Meijer.

Stopped in at 7:40pm to pickup a prescription for my son who had just come out of surgery and the pharmacy closes at 8pm. The pharmacy tech was nice enough to stay a few extra minutes to finish up the order. I really appreciate it. Between the bitter cold 🥶 conditions we were experiencing and the pain my son was going to be experiencing. Being able to get the prescription without having to make an additional trip was greatly appreciated.

I do actually like the new set up. I hope they just keep it this way. Don't get me wrong it's still slightly annoying trying to figure out where everything is. It actually would be cool if the could install one of those lists that some stores put on there carts to tell people where they can find something. I know once I get use to it I'll be able to enjoy it more and hopefully one day, to be able to just get in and out without taking so darn long . As I said that's just bc it takes a second to figure out where to find stuff. The store really does look nice.

Been a couple years since I visited this meijer, used to have a super odd layout, so much nicer now! I am living closer now so glad that it was remodeled now that it is my home meijer. Been great thus far!

Called to ask about a stock item and Daniel in the grocery department took my call, was very helpful and took the time to see if the item was in stock,

UPDATE 2 10/20/23: There is a new Team Leader in the Curb-Side services. Had a chance to meet him, and he's a great addition with a good head on his shoulders! The other crew members I've chatted with are very positive on him, and are confident he will continue to strive for excellence!

Update: Major overhaul going on to the store interior. I'm sure there is more chaos shopping in store. Parking lot has altered access and some off limits for parking temporarily.

Curb-Side is pretty much unaffected, other than only one entry point.

Just picking up an online order. Problems with legs prohibit me from doing much shopping, so their curbside service is a real blessing! Staff have all been wonderful, and order fillers do the task almost as I would for myself.

Wish there were some options in the ordering process - like a cabbage on the small side or to please use paper bags. But overall, curbside works great for me!

They did a great job with the remodeling it looks alot bigger and upscale! I really enjoyed my shopping experience..

Employees are genuinely friendly and helpful.
I'm very thankful for the option of ordering groceries on the Meijer app and pick up.

Liked how the store was arranged now.They were completely stocked,with everything that I needed.

Best supermarket chain out there! I love the M-Perks loyalty program and the paper coupons that Meijer mails to my house every month. The customer service desk employees are friendly and helpful. I like that I can mail a USPS packages and buy stamps at Meijer. The produce and bakery are top-notch. I like the vast array of general merchandise products and clothing lines. The self-check out folks near the home side of the store are friendly. Clearance sections always have something that I don't need, but end up buying anyway.

1st time in since major renovation..looks great- well stocked, many workers....

Quick and helpful. Got my groceries and got out in less than an hour! Would recommend to anyone looking for mid price groceries.

I wish I caught her name… petite African American women with glasses working the self scan- she was awesome. The darn attendant thing went off 3 times- and each time she was helpful and smiling. I wish I could employee people like that at my establishment! Store was clean and decently stocked. As always never enough cashiers- that’s almost every place you go.

The staff is amazing. When my mom had a medical emergency the staff made a complete wide circle around her to give her some privacy and dignity while we waited for the paramedics to come. The staff called to check in on my mom and asked how she was doing. She loves shopping there as do I.

The staff is helpful and while show you were something is if you can't find it.

Clean place, friendly staff, restrooms clean. Love the discount they have. Parking great. Kid friendly.

It's one of my favorite stores. Even though it's being remodeled It's been there since 1975. I think it replaced another Meijer that was here in Urbandale since God created dirt. I think the Urbandale store was their 3rd store.

Was able to get in and out quickly. Found everything I was looking for vegan items including Zevia and Siete vegan cookies

Just went through the self checkout at the Columbia location in Battle Creek and their cashier assistant, Nina was an absolute charm. She was welcoming everyone to Meijer, assisted with all registers in a gracious manor. I am compelled to review simply because of this experience.

I am very disappointed in my visit with Meijer today. :( I went to customer service around 9:15am to return a bike pump and a health care item. Prior to being assisted I stood there for roughly 2 minutes before anyone helped me there was 3 people at customer service one person was doing something behind counter he looked busy and there was 2 middle aged woman talking about life outside work while I wait silently and patiently they didn't say good morning or when let me know that they knew I was standing there that part didn't bother me to much but enough to write in review and when I returned my items I had a receipt for the bike pump got my cash back for that but didn't have a receipt for the health care item and I knew they would put it onto a merchandise card but didn't know they only give me half of what I paid for it back the lady didn't mention that to me I kinda wish she would have because I do have the receipt I found it but didn't have it on me and decided to put it towards my shopping trip I wish she would have communicated better with me. Other than that I have Meijer 5 stars because they 99.9% of the time go above and beyond and I'm always usually pleased with my visit very friendly staff and always clean store. :)
