Best Buy was great I had no issues with anybody they took my computer in and updated it like it need to be. And they were there when I needed the second computer on my first one after we fixed it it started having some issues that we could not fix so it didn't cost me any extra money and I suggest anybody that plans on using Best Buy a lot that they would take and get the service plan I called a service plan

Someone met me as I entered the store, and sent me to the area were the product I was looking for was, and sent a sales person to assist me there. This item was on sale and exactly what I needed for my internet speed.

Super great service. I went in to buy a camera system and the employee was well educated and helped me to understand fully what the system would provide for me. At checkout my best buy card would not work. The employees of Best Buy got to the bottom of it and found out my card had been hacked and few purchases were made. They refunded my money and canceled my card and sent me a new one.
