I have used ReMax Douglass on 3 separate occasions. I could not be happier with the level of customer service. The realtor I used all 3 times, Mr Cischke, always went above and beyond to answer any of my questions and request. He was very accommodating and his level of experience, knowledge, and insight are unmatched and irreplaceable. I would highly recommend not only this real estate agency but also the realtor.

Just like Brian at Century 21, Jennifer is lazy and unresponsive. Every time I requested something to relay to the seller, she just said whatever she wanted. I suspect she never relayed any of it and just blew it off. Needless to say, the deal fell through and I won't be using this company ever again.
