AT&T Store

I recently went in to get a new phone and my experience was great. Lillian helped me out and was very knowledgeable as well as very nice throughout setting up my new phone. Best AT&T store I've been to hands down.

The people in this location will go above and beyond to help the customers. The young lady that seems to be the manager is helpful, knowledgeable, and very good at her multi-tasking. I would recommend everyone to go to this store for any questions they may have or to get an upgrade.

We loved the quality service we recieved at the AT&T store in Houghton MI. Dee Tracy, and Abbie the trainee went above and beyond to put us in the phone plan that was right for us. They also set up our 2 new phones with all our contacts, and other items transfered over to our new phones. We highly recommend these fine people at this great location.

The screen stopped working on my phone and I brought it in to see what could be done. They gave me the phone number for Asurion so I could call them. I got my new phone the next day! I brought it in today for help with finishing the setup of the new phone. It's so nice having a phone again! They were nice and very helpful!

Store reps were courteous and knowledgeable. They were extremely helpful and patient with our numerous questions and concerns. They did a great job

This AT&T store is wonderful! I always get excellent customer service, everyone is very helpful, and they help me to the best of their ability. Customer service can be a difficult field when you deal with a lot of different people and they are always patient with me in my old age. Will be returning whenever I need a new phone, or service!

I bought a new Samsung phone and he had so much patience and knowledge.
I spent over 2 hours with him getting the new phone setup. He took the time to answer all my questions. Just wa Ted to acknowledge a good e.ployee

Haven't been impressed with AT&T as a company and I'm still not! But the people in this store were both honest and extremely helpful. First time having that experience at an AT&T store.

Two hours to transfer data to a new phone-all went smoothly even on the promotional trade in of my old phone. Very helpful and friendly staff
