I’ve been shopping at chickadees for many years. It is my go to shop for gifts and candles! Even the candy selection is amazing. They’re the only place that Carrie’s a good quality affordable earring. And keep the ones I love in stock all the time! Love the staff and they even wrap your gifts with the cutest wrapping paper, upon request at check out.

Love this quaint, independent boutique in downtown Houghton. Lots & lots of beautiful, unique gifts to choose from. Often times, the owner is running the front desk. She is always willing to chat & help find the perfect gift. Highly recommend.

My husband is from the area and we come up twice a year. I found this place a few years ago and make sure to stop every time we are there -- I love their collections of knick-knacks, socks, and bags. Julie is above and beyond in customer service -- the brass clasp on a bag I purchased there broke a year later, and she ran down the manufacturer to give me a new bag, and shipped it to me herself. It's a great place!

I love Chickadees! They always have an amazing selection of jewelry, sox, gifts--all kinds of cool things. The staff is so helpful and accommodating. We've bought gifts there and they wrap and ribbon! Looking forward to stopping in today.

Cutest gift shop in Houghton. I absolutely love the unique socks and scarves they have. And their mermaid section is great too! I went there 3 time while on vacation in Michigan😊

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with a shirt I bought and they refunded my card 3 months later. Wonderful store I will definitely shop here again!
