Food prep was slow tonight but the dishes were delicious and worth the wait. Will definitely stop in again the next time we're in town.

Stopped in during a family harley ride last night. 6 of us enjoyed a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. They were short staffed but those who were there rose to the occasion and took great care of everyone.
We Wisconsinites love our brandy old fashions and the bartender did not disappoint in crafting ours! Every one of us had a fantastic and tasty meal. 14 oz Steaks, chicken, brisket sandwiches all perfectly prepared, seasoned and served. We were all very happy and would go back often if lived in the vicinity.

This place is wonderful! Beautiful building, tables, dishes, etc. Super friendly staff. And the food? Wow! Best food in Houghton or Hancock, hands down. Great quality food, large portions, & lots of flavor.

This was a fun place to happen upon. Food was great. Band was 🔥. Just an all around great time there. We had appetizers for dinner, Muscles and wings, it was a perfect night.

Great Food, Service and Atmosphere

We didn't realize there would be music. We were on the second floor, and once the band started, we could hardly hear each other. Next time we will go earlier. Food was great, so was service by Jenn.

It is always a pleasure to dine here. Meals are very good and service is very good. The staff is friendly and helpful. The live music is good, but can get loud.

A little expensive, but you get what you pay for! The atmosphere is unique in the area and more upscale than most other places locally. They often host fun events and music. The club atmosphere isn't for everyone, so be warned if you show up late and it's getting loud. Their drink selection is right on and they often carry drinks you can't find elsewhere.

Great atmosphere, live music was excellent, service was good and the food was decent. Only one vegan option, but a couple vegetarian dishes.

Great wood fire pizza and bbq sandwiches served there now during the daytime. Great flavor. Will be back. Should become a local favorite. Prices are pretty good though not cheap, bu the flavor and quality is excellent. The building itself is worth seeing too, full of historical photographs from the area, beautiful exposed brick, and elegant woodwork.

I have help plan fund raising banquets for several non-profits at several venues for over 20 years. The ambiance, service and especially the menu are the most vital elements that ensure a successful event. All these were spot on for our recent Ruffed Grouse/American Woodcock Society Banquet held at the BONFIRE at the Continental Fire Company. Thank you Julie and your staff.

5 stars as a place to grab drinks and share a snack, especially at happy hour. Always a great tap beer selection with unique menu items and fresh cocktails.

This is by far the best place to hangout on weekend nights. The dance floors amazing filled with music from various genres( my favourite on was trance ) to beat the hell out of you after a glass of the great fireball whisky. Give it a try!

Just sampled the new menu and it's packed with flavor. The drink list remains amazing. Try the Country Garden (with gin, ginger beer St Germain and muddled lime, mint and cucumber). Pea salad has watermelon radish! Wings zing! Loved the poutine! Beer list on tap hold the interest of any brew aficionado. Be sure to check out their line up of music and dance performances.

This place is amazing! Located in the old Continental Fire Company building, perfectly balanced between the rich history of the building and beautiful industrial chic decor. Service was impeccable, food unique and delicious, and a diverse beer list. Highly recommend!

Excellent/Delicious; pricey but worth it. Definitely looking forward to going back next time I’m in the UP.

The Bonfire is our favorite great music & dinner. It's a great local choice.Local bands play Thursday,Friday & Saturday.

Amazing food! Top shelf service! Food and beverages well executed. Sophisticated pallet pleasing receipes. Knowledgeable, personable wait staff. Very impressed, will definitely be back with friends.
