I swapped insurance companies and recently signed up for an auto policy through this branch. I have been in the hospitality business my whole life, and I must say Robyn was PHENOMENAL! Excellent customer service. Ask for her if you call this branch. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Furthermore, she worked hard to save me a great deal of money versus over 10 other insurance companies. Thank you Robyn!!

I love GEICO they are pretty amazing over at the Bangor location. Their customer service is off the charts. Would highly recommend you switching, I saved a lot through GEICO. They have pretty great bundles and more.

I had such an amazing experience with Garbon at this office. I had ordered a car and have been waiting months for it to come in. He was very patient, flexible, and regularly touched base with me to get the process sorted in order to get insurance coverage for when it inevitably arrived. He was very kind, very friendly, and very knowledgeable of what coverage was going to best serve my needs. I also appreciated he was a real person with me. I'm new to the area and he was able to share some great locations for me to visit and travel to.

Called to get a quote for only a SR-22. The call was received promptly and was transferred to the owner of the company who is local. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Garbon was amazing!! I had been putting off changing insurance thinking it would be a hassle but when my previous policy increased in price I had to.

He patiently explained the various differences between policies in clear understandable language. He made getting car insurance painless and my insurance premium is reasonably priced. I completed a quote online that I needed help with because I didn't know specific information that may be on my license history. I contacted the local Geico office and spoke with Garbon. He was informative and understood my concerns when it came to switching insurances.
