CVS

The Auburn Avenue CVS is a fine pharmacy and general store that I will continue to frequent. I love the coupons and the products that you sell. The staff is extremely helpful at all times and to all of the other customers. Brenda Goldblatt

After speaking with the kind folks who work in the pharmacy, I've realized that they have little control over their phone system. They haven't been answering calls when they get overwhelmed, which I understand. I've asked to see if they can put a message up that lets people on hold know that they won't answer. Wonderful people in a really tough situation right now.

CVS pharmacy is terrific. Pharmacists are very knowledgeable and care about people. Medications are always on time. I had to switch to Walgreens because of my insurance company and after 8 months I continue to have problems every month! I miss the staff at CVS and their expertise every day. People don’t realize a great pharmacy until they have to deal with people who don’t care about how they do their jobs.

Came here to get a few things as a last minute trip for my anniversary. Justin was extremely helpful, I asked him a question and he walked to the area to help me find something than offered to help me find anything else needed and overall it was a great experience. Not sure why this is a low rated cvs but he was very friendly and a very good cvs experience.

We have used this pharmacy for years. The pharmacists and staff have always been friendly, professional and helpful!

Every time I go in with my brown service dog， no one there makes me feel Iike I shouldn’t be in a store with my dog. They treat me well and like family.

They have really nice staff!!! They have alright prices!!! Theres a really nice dude that works here and his name is George He's very nice and he has a great since of humor!!!

They screwed with the lay out of the store so where something used to be aint there any more.

I have been a customer for many years. They used to be patient, kind, and very helpful. Unfortunately now they are just the opposite. Especially the pharmacist. I take many medications, and feel it's important to fill them at the same place. I have been hung up on, given attitude, and been made to feel as if I'm a bother. I pay a lot of money for medications, and have over thirty years in Healthcare. I'm far from stupid, and don't appreciate being treated as though I am. If they don't like their job, they should do something else, not take it out on customers. Maybe if CVS paid their employees a living wage they could keep help! So disapointed in CVS. Probably going to change to a different pharmacy. I would not recommend them anymore. Very sad.

I went to ask the pharmacist or whoever anwsered the phone a question and she hung up on me, this has happened several times they seem very rude with customers. I have called and asked if my prescription was called in and i was told no, way to fast to even type on the keyboard. I called another cvs to find out my meds were in. Worst customer service of any cvs.

Booked a varicella vaccination appointment, which was confirmed. There was an asterisk in the booking confirmation. When we arrived we were told the asterisk meant that the vaccine *might* be available in NH or MA. Waste of time and rude to boot.

Never have my prescriptions ready even after calling and ordering ahead of time. Never answer the phone even after being on hold 30min to an hour than being hung up on.

I am out of an important prescription. I waited 40 minutes on hold to speak to an actual person. They told me it's out of stock and they have no idea when they will receive it. I tried to work with the person who answered the phone to figure out a solution and she hung up on me. Unbelievable.

Hands down the worst pharmacy experience you can imagine. The pharmacist is passive aggressive, condescending, and should reconsider working in the medical profession.

Absolutely horrific experience today.

I came in and went to drop off to ensure they had my prescription and that they were filling it. I was told by the employee (who verified with the pharmacist) that it would be ready in 30 minutes.

When I returned I find out he never actually expedited it and was told I'd have to wait another 30 minutes to an hour.

While I was waiting and watching many other customers came in with similar issues (being sent emails that their prescriptions were ready only to be told when they arrived that they weren't).

Eventually it ended with what I assume was either the store or pharmacy manager berating customers. Swearing at them, in front of children and threatening to call police. To be clear the customers were frustrated but the only person yelling was the employee.

This store and pharmacy is out of control and Corporate needs to step in.
