Holiday Inn Battle Creek, an IHG Hotel

I should have taken some pictures for the review. It was a very classic experience. Relaxing and well kept, I appreciated how the rooms air conditioning is well kept. Nice decorum and the front desk was upstanding.

I have minor concerns about elevator 1, (strange sounds and speeds) if you would look into that. However I am no elevator technician.
The breakfast buffet is paid for, not complimentary. (but it's a buffet, that's fair enough)

Overall, I would recommend and stay again. High marks from me.

Great Stay! I was created by Elicia, she was wonderful (kind, professional & charismatic) she got my family & I all situated efficiently. When we ran into a snip she had the general manager sold it swiftly. They are a great essential for this great hotel! I will absolutely be back/ telling my friends about this hotel!

My power went out and I needed a place to stay, and I found this hotel. It right next to Meijer which is awesome. There is no free breakfast, but the restaurant breakfast was amazing and not expensive at all. The staff were all friendly and professional. The room was clean and the bed wasn’t just a cardboard box. The thermostat is digital, the hot water lasts a long time, and the pool was great.

Jamie was very helpful when I had an issue. He also was very cheerful when I entered the lobby, each time I entered he greeted me as if I were a new customer. He has excellent customer service.

the short, red haired lady at the front desk helped us out a lot and has great customer service & deserves a raise <3

I came with family, Jamie checked us in and has a great attitude, everything went to very smoothly. The pool is where we spent most of our time, it was very relaxing and we also came out and visited with friends we hadn't seen in a while! We will be back! :)

The room was clean and we had what we needed. The hotel was well kept. The General Manager’s customer service was impeccable!

Hotel was clean and well kept. lobby was always pleasant....even with an entire baseball team being noisy . management did a remarkable job at allowing us to move freely and our boys to have a little fun on property.

room was a bit small. tough to maneuver through our stay but overall was satisfactory.

would def recommend this location for anyone needing to stay in Battle Creek

This property has always been good in the past. Room, a couple small things. Light between beds not working and the hair blow-dryer on the fritz.
Clean facility.

Perfect spot for a night's stay. The bedding felt fabulous, as did the linens. The room was smaller, but efficient. The carpet in the halls could use some attention, i.e. replacement but I would stay again if I am on the area.

We were having issues at our own home and needed a place for a few days. The people at the front desk were very helpful by getting as a room right away and was able to have a suite. It had a refrigerator and microwave with a sofa and walk in shower.. They have a small restaurant but the food was great. The room was spotless. Everything was just wonderful. Thank you to all of you.

We had a wonderful experience here. We had a late check in and the front desk staff were prompt and helpful. The rooms were clean and it stayed quiet through the night. We were very happy customers!

Jamie and Jill were awesome when we checked in. A hiccup on rooms and they fixed it. Rooms were clean. Only thing we could have wanted was connecting rooms but we made it work without them.

I called to check availability as I had some issues with a room that I had booked at another local Hotel and Brad was AMAZING from the start! He bent over backwards to make sure that I could get the room I asked for and did so in a timely manner. He was kind, courteous and professional. I truly feel he is an asset to the Holiday Inn Family and truly deserves a raise! I will definitely come back because of the exceptional customer service, clean rooms and all of their accommodations.

Our stay was great! We were able to get adjoining rooms and an in room safe. Room service was very pleasant and the pizza we ordered was amazing! The pool was nice too. Our older son had a blast.

I loved that they had Keurigs for coffee in the rooms. The bed/pillows were comfortable. The rooms were quiet. We could only barely hear other guests in hallway. The front desk staff was helpful and polite.

We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family!
