Huntington Bank

Best customer service to be honest... If you guys need your money to be secure, it's you're right choice. I've been scammed for multiple times, and wouldn't have gotten my money back without the support of Huntington!

Was harassed in the drive through by another customer. So I went inside for help. They did a great job making sure I was safe. Walked me out the door to the security guard. He made I could leave with out the gentleman following me. Thank you!

Greatest customer service probably ever. Jeff knows almost every customer by name. All the bankers are so helpful and bust a move to make your visit quick and efficient. Though they're not shoo-ing you out the door if you're wanting to have a chat about anything--banking, weather, events around town, weekend plans, trips, etc.

I'm not a finance major, but I recommend this bank specifically to anyone looking for a new bank because of the awesome hardworking people behind the counters here.

Excellent customer Service, best I have ever experienced from a bank, way better then the number on the back of my debit card. Any time I have received a mix up over a charge they have taken care of it, the Manager is excellent and recognizes customers by name. I highly recommend this location.

I’m have very bad social anxiety and the employees and the manager Jeremy absolutely amazing never felt more at ease in a public surrounding and I was IN and OUT in under 30 minutes I’m really proud to have Huntington as my bank

Will change this review if Huntington ends up fixing this situation. Went into this Bank location to sign up for the account that paid you $400 when you got a certain amount direct deposited after 90 days. Which would have been fantastic but unfortunately the bank teller did not do their job correctly and signed me up for the incorrect account! I would of done it myself online but I was new to the state and had a temp ID and had to go into a bank location. Now I'm in a dispute with them over whether or not I deserve the $400 I rightfully am owed due to their own incompetence. If you value going to a company that honors their word and actually does their jobs correctly do not choose Huntington. and as I said I will update this if they do fix the situation and make it right. Otherwise don't waste your time with this company.

Someone tried hacking my account putting a check into my account and withdrawing the check my signature was forged on the check all without my knowledge putting a negative balance on my account I tried explaining that it wasn’t my signature on check even the representative stated that it wasn’t my signature I still had to pay the negative balance and close out my accounts worse banking experience I ever had

I came and tried to have my check cashed and the teller lied and said she couldn’t help me so she could go home. I tried to ask a question, and they completely ignored me at the door. I can’t believe this is the standard for customer service at this location.

Update: Because the teller didn’t want to cash my check, she suggested I use the mobile app which would make a portion of the funds available. For whatever reason, there was an error with the app and depositing the check in the atm caused a duplicate transaction, resulting in a hold on my account. I called customer service and they informed me I could go in and ask to withdraw the money from my savings account until the issue was resolved. I’m pretty sure they must have heard about my complaint because when I arrived, the same two bankers were present and very stoic. I explained how her wrong information resulted in many inconveniences and I was still denied service. I was upset when I heard on the phone that she would have to ask the manager for permission to release the funds, but she never even moved from the desk and just decided, again, that she couldn’t help me. After wasting about an hour here, I drove across town to another branch, explained the exact same information and was able to make the withdrawal with no problem. Needless to say, I probably won’t be returning to this branch even though it’s the closest location to my house.
