Exceeded all exceptions I’ve had.

The atmosphere was great. When I walked in I was greeted by the host who sat me in the Moroccan room, which was beautiful. Hoda was my server and took great care of me. She checked on me several times and made sure everything was perfect, I didn’t even have to ask for a refill. I got the Moroccan chicken and was very impressed. Not only was it delicious but they did not skimp on the portions. The bread that was served with it was amazing, I could tell it was freshly baked, but didn’t realize until after the meal that it’s made and baked right there in the restaurant.

I’ll be coming back, and asking for Hoda for sure.

A chef of many years, I could not have been happier with the food. It's difficult to find a restaurant with such consistently delicious food as this.

A friend and I split the Chefs Sampler. Our server could certainly have warned us about the enormous quantity of food we were about to get, but it was worth the surprise. There wasn't a single bite I didn't enjoy and I would recommend it to anyone (out can easily feed 4 if you ask me, maybe six if you're eating light). As a result the value was fantastic.

Service was good. Everyone we saw greeted us with a smile and was friendly. I would love to have discussed food more with the staff, and heard a little more menu knowledge. Food delivered by a robot is fun but can reduce the personality of the experience, something I value very much at a restaurant.

The atmosphere was hard to judge on a slower evening in harsh weather, but certainly accommodated a nice personal meal with friends. From what I've been told there is live entertainment sometimes which I would love to see, and I'm sure the venue livens up.

Highly recommend.

Don't pass on the kofta.

The food was great! We ordered the whole deboned chicken with potato wedges, fattoush and rice on the side.
Our server was Ali and he was very kind and professional.

This place was awesome! The food and the mango smoothie was really tasty and flavorful. The service was also very great I got Hoda and she was really kind and always checking on us. I would really recommend this place for dine in since it looks unique and give it its own personality. I would recommend the mango smoothie/ Moroccan soup(has lamb)! Also haha some cool robot cats

Hoda made our dinner experience all the more amazing! The food was so fresh, just excellent! Fresh baked bread, the best babaganoush I’ve ever had and the mint lemonade was perfection. And then the delightful Hoda with flawless and delightful service. Palm Palace is such a gem!

One of the best halal food restaurant in town. Try morrocon chicken and their signature steak kebab. Their pita bread are complementary!

Loved the Ambience their service and obviously food was ultimatum. Their entrance itself started to gain our attention and added a point to their attractive appearance. Menu was completely online, which is hands 🆓 and they had Hand sanitizer for every table.
Ordered Lamb Kibbie, Chicken Cream Chop, Bread Basket 🧺 and Some salad to side.
Service was really quick and should appreciate their food taste, which is mouth watering and licking.

Our tummy went out of space to leave some food. At the end, they offered their fancy Togo bags 💼 with the Bread pouch bag, never expected and experienced a restaurant offering that type of good quality bags to carry.
It’s now in our top list to visit again but with friends toooo.
Everyone must taste their mint chocolate at the entrance bowl, I’m not a candy person, but wanted to try theirs. Which made me mind blown taste for a mint chocolate. It’s soooo mild and refreshing till end of last bite.
We missed their Tea, should try next time when we visit.

I've been coming here since it opened in '05 whenever I came home to visit from NY. Now that I'm back, the food is still great. Hoda and I caught up today, and she noted to me that her Grandson is named after another "Danny" she met serving at the restaurant! Always great food, Hoda is the best. I still even remember when this location was a Bill Knapp's from back in the day. Thank you again, Hoda. She's great, and I always recommend this restaurant to all my Friends! I enjoy the mouthwash in the restroom and camel in the lobby 🐫

We frequent this restaurant a lot. Most recently we were there for my daughter's birthday dinner. Our favorite server, Hoda, took amazing care of us as usual. The service was excellent, the food is delicious, the ambience is great. My kids love the smoothies and the potato wedges are excellent. We have never had a bad meal here. Love the lentil soup which is vegan and gluten free!

Nice place. Had hummus and bread, which was amazing. The falafel were very good as well. The mejadra sandwiches were really nice! Oh, and their potato wedges are pretty nuts!

Palm Palace was a very nice place to eat at! They had a cute robot bring our food out to us! They had many different options to choose from! We were served by Abigail and her customer service was great! She made sure our food was perfect and checked up on us occasionally, also was very friendly! One of the dishes wasn’t to our liking so the manager Dahlia was very attentive and also provided us with outstanding service and gave us a different dish and guided us to dishes of our liking! I would definitely recommend for everyone to give them a try!

We dined here for my wife's birthday and ordered the shareable platter which was advertised to feed 4-6 people. We had 7 people and still had leftovers, so much food. The beef, chicken. Lamb, and shrimp were all grilled to perfection. Will be back for sure.

Hoda was our waitress, She is nice and friendly,she kept the table cleaned off She always helps us pack up our left overs . Always greeting with a smile. We have been there many times and she remembers us .The food is always excellent. I love the bread and garlic spread so delicious. The chocolate cake is the best I've ever had any where.So delicious not to sweet and very good.

Wonderful service and delicious food. My husband loved the Moroccan soup. I got shwarma chicken and he got shwarma lamb. I got roasted vegetables as a side. Excellent 👍. Was a little surprised by the assistant waiter - a robot which functioned well.

Food was delicious! Everything tasted so fresh and flavorful. I love the garlic sauce and warm bread! Staff very kind! They have a robot that brings you the food! Vegan menu and gluten free options.

100% worth going here in every aspect. The tables had hand sanitizer at them, the utensils were individually wrapped, the straws were very high quality (and claimed to be eco friendly), our food came out quickly (delivered by a robot, which was kinda creepy but also cool), our waiter check in on us frequently but was not bothersome, the quality food was SO GOOD, they have hand wipes for afterwards, and even the to-go bag was very high quality. And the prices were extremely affordable.

Hoda is an amazing associate. Hoda went above and beyond with her service. She truly makes you feel like family. I have not stopped talking about Hoda and Pal Palace. Looking forward to visiting soon.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Palm Palace, and I must say, the experience was fantastic! The authenticity of the Middle Eastern cuisine truly stood out.
The staff, including our waitress Claire, provided friendly And outstanding service! The atmosphere exceeded my expectations, making it a perfect spot for me and my wife The generous portions ensure a satisfying dining experience, and I appreciate the vegetarian-friendly options available. The Fatoosh Salad and Vegetarian Grape Leaves were particularly delicious.

The robot is awesome!

One of my favourite spots in Ann Arbor! Definitely try the mint lemonade and sharing platter. Our server Hoda did an amazing job at making us feel welcome and creating a wonderful experience.
