Great customer service from the staff every time I go in! Products I need or want are always in stock and I always leave with a smile on my face.

My honey hole for old wood boxes (cigar boxes) are just 2 bucks each or 3 for 5 bucks I even screw some into the wall for small shelves and storage see small wood boxes on my wall holding up a shelf? Those are cigar boxes

Wild Bills is a great place. Everyone there from owner down are cool. They are a down to earth folks who make shopping there a pleasure. They are open, if you're short of change they got your back. Because of the staff this place needs 10 stars. They always say hello and can talk bout whatever subject you want

This location was totally cool and the guy who helped me (Forrest?) was a darn Peach and was able to help me find exactly what I needed, answered all my questions, and in general someone who gave the place a happy vibe.

Even opened my carton of cigs to humor a double check and make sure they were the right kind and volunteered to double check that I had all the parts to my new product.

Everyone who works here is fantastic! Never a bad experience, most days can’t get away without talking for about 20 minutes. Tom is always super helpful and friendly. I look forward to my visits to the smoke shop!

This Bill's location is Wild, let me tell you. The entire staff is dripping with friendly vibes and great attitudes. They always greet you the second you walk in the door as if they were spring loaded. I know there are probably at least 18,650 locations you can find, but this is the best one out there, though. Their vapor selection seems limitless. Also, I don't know if all Wild Bill's do it, but once i had six nicks on my hand from slicing bread and couldn't wrap my own coils, and they did it for me right there in the store. They also just started doing a happy hour Monday through Friday which really helps out my wallet. I love it. Another thing I enjoyed is the atmosphere itself at this location. In these hotter months, they seem to have their temperature under control more so than the other locations I've been to. Great store, great people, great prices. Great selections, great location, good hours. They are great, and I am grateful to have them.

Super service and great people to talk to about my vape and get ideas on new product

I came in to buy a rolling machine and supplies. The guy was very helpful and patient with me. I ended up walking out of there for less than $50 with a new roller and supplies for a carton of cigarettes very comparable to the ones I would buy at the gas station. I'm very please with my purchases and will be returning to this location

Jordan and Thomas were extremely helpful! Jordan gave us personalized recommendations based on what we told him we liked about our previous glass piece.

Andrew is super nice. I was grumpy and he was nice anyway. Good deals here and a great selection. The staff are nice and knowledable. They often have really good deals on high quality glass and pens.

The person who helped me was very knowledgeable and able to answer every question I had with 0 hesitation. He was always patient, kind, and polite. I went in there shopping on my lunch break and I was able to get in and out quickly with exactly what I needed and the knowledge to optimally use it

Love this place. Staff is always nice and willing to help. I've never needed to ask for assistance, they're always ready and there to when you need them. Great selection of vaping, glass, and any other smoking product you'd need.

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Store is well stocked, nicely laid out and very clean! I'm a new customer but definitely will be a frequent return customer.
